I’m not a Dorsey guy, but he’s our OC this season. All season. There will be no change. Get behind him and hope he can contribute to tinker and improve. I love our offense with shakir in the slot and Kincaid TE1. I think we’re so much more dynamic. Especially with cook in the backfield. get it together Ken. We can bring one home

Nah. He can play 3-4 DE, some 4-3 DE and 3 tech. He’s 6’5 and weighs 265. We have plenty of 3 techs. We need a replacement for Daquan imo. Autry is a helluva player but I don’t think he does much except limit the snaps of AJ and Shaq. We already have a DE to play 3 tech in Rousseau. agree to disagree I don’t think there’s any chance we trade for Henry.

There are no great teams this year Imo. If we can get Milano and daquan back for the playoffs (assuming we make the playoffs), make a trade for a solid contributor and Dorsey/Allen figure some things out, we have a fine chance. It should be easily replaceable- but there are going to be several 3rd down in every game going forward. I’d expect dorian or Dodson to be the opposing OCs target in most of those cases. Maybe they’ll do well. Maybe they’ll look like elam vs Ridley.

I’d rather elam out there than Norman too…. but we have no clue what’s going on in practice every day/week/month. but to say that every team in the league would be playing elam over Benford and Dane is just ridiculous

Benford is pretty good. Jackson has been improving season after season. Both are great tacklers. Elam was a press man corner that sucked at tackling. He’s always had problems being too handsy. If we didn’t reach for him, he may have been a 3rd rd pick. His upside is in his physical ability and that’s all. He has an opportunity vs Jax and was able to get smoked on every 3rd down he was targeted maybe every team in the league would’ve been starting Shawn Oakman over DTs that actually had a clue how to play the position. But probably not.

He has all the tools you speak of and has shown to be able to do everything you speak of, albeit in college. His rac ability is beyond obvious, if you haven’t seen that yet, rewatch his touches. He’ll never prove to able to make contested catches….. until we start throwing him contested passes. He is what we make of him. Just like any other playmaker we trade for. We have to implement said playmaker into the offense properly. It’s on Dorsey and Josh to allow these playmakers to prove themselves and eat. edit: his problem has been penalties

Kincaid is about to be fully realized. He’s going to be our #2 target in the passing game until leaves. He’s better than George Pickens imo. With Knox now out awhile- Kincaid will be out full time starting TE, maybe forever. He’ll be playing some slot too, but adding a high Iq slot guy would help. idk if Renfrow is the guy….but if we were to add a WR the quality of Beasley in 2020. It would help our offense 💯

And how do you suppose we acquire George Pickens?
