Cici could be losing Higgins and talk that might be shipping Hendricks, I would say their on the wrong side of turning things around. In terms of our division until anyone of those teams shows they can beat us when we aren't resting starters I am not worried. The offense was the 2nd best offense in the league with a WR core many call less than spectacular. We're not taking the ball from Josh but making a more complete offense. The thing that's holding us back is our defense isn't consistent in part because of lack of talent and possibly scheme. TBH I expect more of the same which has been the 2nd best team in the league behind KC and we were less than a yard from a refs vantage point from possibly beat them in 2024. If Kelce retires or they lose Trey Smith or Nick Bolton in free agency we might surpass them next year.

Jeremy Fowler is predicting that Higgins could be up to $30 million per season, https://www.nbcsports.com/fantasy/football/player-news?playerNewsId=00000194-cd78-da9f-a794-cf7aa9440000 -
Do you still have the sports cards you collected as a kid?

Just my Rickey Henderson (RIP) cards, 1933 unique cards as of last count. -
Considering his brother up and left UB I don't like any of the Hurleys.

The Vikings got the 23rd overall and a 232nd overall (seventh round) in 2024 for 42 overall (second round), No. 188 (sixth round) in 2024 and a second-round pick in 2025 in order to get #23. By contrast the Bills ended up with pick 33, 95, 141 and 221 for pick #28, 133 and 248 all in 2024. We then traded a 2025 3rd for Cooper. Tell me how we gave up the same?

Settle had Danielle Hunter and Wil Anderson on the outside on that defense, if the Bills had either one our defense be much better IMO. Poona I have no idea unless he just bad in practice and that's why was so far on our depth chart.

Maybe we should copy the Seahawks old approach?

So who's starting on the outside CB? Cam Lewis is at best a 6th DB. After watching Elam in the playoffs think it's time to replace him. -

The guy has missed more than 5 games the last three seasons. -
McDuffie all Pro status comes from him primarily playing in the slot. Question is he considerably better than Taron Johnson? If not than he wouldn't serve a purpose on this team. LaPorta has had 700 more snaps than Kincaid thus far in their careers, might be the reason for his better stats?

I'm hoping somehow Cooper comes back. That said if he leaves Mack is a must return and add a veteran. Darius Slayton is one of those veteran WR that a guy that could be a top 2/3 guy that can play in the outside who could bring in speed without breaking the bank.
-
Kupp is a big slot and is 31 and hasn't played a full season since his monster 2021 season. No thanks his salary probably force us to lose Shakir and/or Benford.
-
Depends how fast he runs, Arian Smith from Georgia could be available with one of our 2nds. Yet I'm not one to put WR as a top 3 need.

The Bears trade for Khalil Mack could be comparable since both 27. The Bears gave up first-round picks in 2019 and 2020, a third-round pick in 2020 and a sixth-round pick in 2019 to acquire Mack. In return, the Bears also received a second-round pick in 2020 and a conditional fifth-round pick in 2020. Or Bills get Maxx Crosby Raiders 2nd in 2026 conditional 5th in 2026 Raiders get Bills 1st 2025 Bills 1st in 2026 Bills 3rd in 2026 Bills 6th in 2025

Tyleik Williams is my early thought of who to draft in Round 1, granted we still have the off-season of free agency before can say for certain. -
It depends, if he gets his ring then he go out on top etc. While he had moments this season it's obvious he can't do it consistently.
-
Problem with Maxx or Myles is you're also giving draft assets to get them. Now sure most rookies won't have the impact their first years but long term it might hurt. I'd love if we could add a veteran CB to replace Douglas and/or Hamlin. Jeremy Chinn's contract is up and be a nice add as he's only 26 yet not sure what salary he's going to command.

Is McD actually compensating for Beane?
The Jokeman replied to Mikie2times's topic in The Stadium Wall
He still has to be accounted for which frees up others to make plays. -

Which stud DT is on the market? I'm not saying it isn't a bad thought. -

Miller had 8 sacks in his first 11 games as a Bills. The injury did him in. It was a risk to sign him yes and it failed and yet we've still been a top 5 team. -
Torrence was been a starter since 1 of his rookie year. That's no small feat, as Juice Scruggs taken in same draft same round has only managed 19 starts the last two seasons. Everyone's favorite Chiefs took Kingsley Suamataia in the 2nd round last year and he was benched by seasons end. I could name more names. To call Keon lack of clutch is a misnomer as think he showed to be a playmaker before his injury. I remember his one handed ***** against the Seahawks, a run down the sidelines for another TD. Toss in he is a rookie, I'm pretty sure Cook isn't the same player he is now his rookie year. Truth is we are own worst critics I'd imagine 31 other team fans could only wish they've had the success we've had over last 5 seasons.

He worked with Vrabel in Tennessee. I wonder if this opens a door for Hyde? https://www.patspulpit.com/2025/1/29/24353011/mike-vrabel-patriots-reportedly-adding-bills-scott-booker-coaching-staff
