    Marquez Stevenson was not at practice and will be placed on Injured Reserve, according to Beane. That will open an active roster spot for the team to re-sign long snapper Reid Ferguson.

    Defensive tackle Harrison Phillips, WR Isaiah Hodgins, TE Tommy Sweeney, and S Jaquan Johnson are all candidates for the stash. Hollister and Reid comeback for sure.

    I think Devin turned it up a notch after they brought brieda in this summer. Devin is looking like he did 2 years ago, clearly Moss and Devin aren't getting cut so it may be a Jones vs Brieda battle. It's going to be tough battle and one may not want to be Mr. Yeldon this year vs having an opportunity elsewhere.

    Is he practice squad eligible ? He may make it with his limited history but his size is appealing to teams.

    I don't think Stevenson makes its through waivers we need to keep him or watch him play elsewhere. You don't get many guys returning punts and coming in clutch int he 4th quarter with his speed.
