If Buffalo D gives up MORE than 14 points (that is full length drives for AZ.) I would be worried for the Bills. Against TN I would worry only about the Run D as they can run the football.

Watching the Jets v Texans game last night , and as much as I hate Ryan I loved what he did in the 1st half on O. And that is simply he did the unexpected. So... IF I was your HC i do this: 1. Pitch it out to either CJ or Freddy then have them throw it to a streaking Fitz. 2.Dial up exotic blitzes, make it so Kolb has NO idea where the blitzer will come from next. 3. Do a reverse or maybe even a double reverse to one of yur speedy wide receivers. 4. FAKE a punt or FG 5. IF the game is close and it is 4 and 4 from the 40 line up like your going for it and have Fitz pooch kick it. Basically IMO the Bills have NOTHING to lose so throw the kitchen sink at the Cards, I mean whats the worst can happen? You lose 42-3 again?

I wouldnt WAIVE them (maybe Thigpen) But here is what I THINK he needs to do turn things around: 1. Behind close doors Rip your DC a new one the D performance the last 1 1/2 games is UNACCEPTABLE for their talent level, also make him come to the sidelines. 2. BENCH someone butt on the D, (has to be a star not performing ) and set an example that PERFORMANCE gets you a start NOT your contract! 3. Change Fitz for a different QB. I personally am not blamming Fitz but the O needs a kick in the butt as well, because you take away the Garbage time TD against NE and the O has scored a hole 3 POINTS. 4. Change the Gameplan on O for the love of peete RUN the ball more and make whoever is QB a game manager PERIOD.. None of the current QB's is a future star they are just holding the spot for the next guy gets there. Will this save his job? maybe not but at least show he is trying IMO.

Is he really the problem? On PAPER it appears he revamped the front of the D to be a pass rushing force. (Heck everyone expected it to be the case..) Is the performance of these players mean they were over estimated in their abilities OR just POOR Coaching as in not using them correctly or devising a game plan that puts them in a position to win?

I think the NFL reviews it on their own accord, but a team can also submit it for review I believe. (I have no idea which one was the case here.)

I never said they called the Fitz hit "correctly" I been stating that hit was a much harder call to make especially since they cant STOP the action and see whats happening. In Real time it isnt easy to tell.
