I'll keep saying it, even though it's unpopular: Saleh is a very good coach. He's a bit of a tool at times, but so is Dan Campbell. It works with players, especially the younger guys. The moron Jets owner is the reason the Jets weren't in the mix for the 7 or even 6 seed later in the season once Rodgers knocked off 2 years of rust. Saleh's defenses were always very good and without him the team fell apart.

trent was easily my least favorite QB of the drought era (maybe ever). The play where he trotted out of bounds on 4th down way short of the sticks with the game on the line without a care in the world was the epitome of his time here. I always wondered if he casually took his helmet off and asked Chan for a mug of hot cocoa after. I think the team cut him the next week.

Wow, I am kind of shocked hearing so many well informed sources online talk about how cheap Jerry Jones is. That surprises me, but then again I don't follow the Cowboys much. The Cowboys team and stadium are a money printing press and they are acting like they're broke. Being Jerry Jones age you'd think he would open the checkbook and swing for the fences. The most fun part of all this will be the introductory press conference where Jerry tells everything this was the most qualified coach out there.

Glenn is going to be a good HC IMO Ben Johnson I am way less sure of. So much of being a HC is culture, personality, and leadership. Glenn checks all those boxes I think.

Podcasting eats away at talk radio talent these days. I bet 50% plus of all radio is consumed through streaming, even in the car. I live in WNY and when I listen to WGR these days it's almost always through the app streaming to speakers around the house. Talent doesn't need the radio station anymore unless they want to play music.

The fumble was an incredible play by Bernard to be able to punch it out in space like that. That was an elite play. The 2 pt conversion was catchable but a little low on the throw and his feet slipped as he went to catch it.
