  1. No way a 5 point game is garbage time and for that matter an 8 point game is not garbage time. I need Sunday at 4:25 to get here.
  2. I live near Boston but they still let me by tickets to the Giants game. Pretty good seats too.
  3. It certainly wouldn't have been garage time if our defense could have come up with a big stop at the 4 min mark.
  4. We always stay at the Marriott on Millersport in Amherst: http://www.marriott.com/hotels/travel/bufny-buffalo-marriott-niagara/ Good location for getting to and from the game. Not bad for going downtown and seeing the sites.
  5. Sal was interviewed on WEEI this morning. I thought he did a nice job. They laughed at him when he got off the air. Boston media doesn't even bother doing their homework on us. When we make Tommy cry on Sunday they will just blame it on the offensive line or make some other excuses, like the refs/league are out to get them.
  6. Shaughnessy has been a washed-up D-bag for a decade now. He is hated by a lot of Boston fans too. His crap article is just a simpleton summery of all the Mass-hole fans. Bottom line is we need to kick the crap out of them this week and again at the end of the year. Its easy for them because for past decade they put out these crap articles and we prove them right.
  7. I live twenty minutes from the Death Star in Foxboro and used to go to games there. I doubt I'll ever go again. I love our annual 8 hour drive to Western NY. The two game day experiences do not compare. This summer has absolutely killed sports radio in this area. I have gone back to actually listening to music on the radio than listen to droning on and on about deflategate. There are also guys (Felger & Mazz on 98.5) that actually go against the Pats* and come out and say that Tommy was wrong but it still a ton dribble.
  8. Thats good advice. I ran into this a few years back. I hate that you have to call and haggle every year, but it definitely is worth it.
  9. The Steelers weren't just complaining about the headsets. They got confused on the goal line and accused them of cheating in the formations. Come on, man. http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2015/09/11/headsets-werent-all-the-steelers-were-complaining-about-post-game/
  10. I think it's a bit of a stretch to think the nfl refs are going to be doing the Pats all that many favors this year. The problem with the Pats is every bit as much Bellichek than Brady. And unfortunately it doesn't look like Bellichek is going anywhere anytime soon. Here's the real issue: how are we going to cover Gronk! We should worry about that rather start coming up with excuses like every other team, including Tomlin last night who I used to have a little more respect for.
  11. Tendinitis can be tough. It may be something that they give him a shot for and it goes away for a week or it may bother him all season. Either way, just don't want him to make 20 tackles against us, but otherwise wish him the best
  12. I'm curious about this too. I listen out of market and I think last year they started blacking out the WGR broadcast over the Bills app.
  13. If the Bills score and are WINNING then I feel it is acceptable to play it at the Bills Backers Bar. I'm not a fan of playing it after we settle for a field goal or score to come within two scores.
  14. Thanks for bringing this thread as my annual reminder. Last year I waited until the season was about to start and was shut out of deals for the first time in the past 5 years. It always seems that you need a way to get to their "closer" who has a totally different attitude than the general call desk people, talks fast, and is ready with a deal.
  15. I'd go with Bruce overall but the team needs a quarterback - so who, in their prime is second to Kelly? I go with Bledsoe in his prime with Reich second, then Flutie. I never watched Ferguson so maybe he belongs there.
