Good. The team needed a message that multiple infractions aren't acceptable.
Gillislee is a solid player, and I know absolutely nothing about him other than his performance on the field and his history in the league. I'm very happy with him as a backup RB.
1) They both were injured at the start of the season
2) Having both on the field opens up the offense, as evidenced by Percy Harvin's stat lines in the first three games
Not having seen your thread, I posted basically the same thing. The best thing about today's game is that we know how good, and important, Sammy and LeSean are.
I'm not criticizing him in any way. I'm asking if there has been any information on his development as I haven't seen a single article on the player, which is unusual.
Does anyone have a sense of how Cockrell has developed? We heard virtually nothing about him or his development during his rookie year, and I haven't seen anything this offseason. I can't recall seeing so little information on a fourth-round pick that made the roster.
We'll probably go BPA (unless that player happens to be a slot wideout or something that we don't need).
I'd love to grab Jordan Phillips or Malcom Brown.
Three minutes through the second quarter, the Jets have six QB hits, including three sacks, on Brady. Someone watching the game will be able to provide more detail on how the Patriots are doing in pass protection, but let's hope that we can exploit the same vulnerabilities next week.

Actually, Kaepernick's contract only becomes guaranteed, for the league year, on April 1st. This is the case for each remaining year in his contract.

Nope, we need more than that to happen. In this scenario, the above teams all win (as does Buffalo) but we are not in the sixth playoff spot.
The key game is Houston-Baltimore (we want Houston to win), and that's highly unlikely to go our way. If Houston pulls off the upset, and SF beats SD, we are in decent shape. If not, well, good luck to us.

We are not definitively the #6 seed going into the week 17 pending the result of just those three games. See the above scenario.

We can make the playoffs with nine wins, as above. There are a few other nine-win scenarios where we make the playoffs involving ties.
