    One of the all time great QB'S and elite coaching created a dynasty. They adjusted their offensive and defensive game plan based on the personnel on each year's team. We don't adjust and it's why we fail. We have made adjustments at half time and such but they had a year by year plan and got the players to execute.

    It sure hasn't. Even in the wins it just looked so disjointed. We benefited from playing the type of teams that eventually let you back in or implode.

    McD is an outstanding human being and he gets the players to care about each other and the community. Unfortunately he doesn't have it and I'd switch coaches with Cincinnati in a heartbeat.

    In game coaching has been bad. Rarely does he know what to do when off script coaching / quick decisions are needed.
