    He'll start doing that as always qs he eventually has to abandon Dorsey and just do it without him. Dorsey hasn't helped Allen at all.

    It was a mistake to give Dorsey a "shot" at being an OC. I think making tough decisions to look outside the organization should happen. We'll see if Sean has the courage to go against his natural tendency to develop people and stay loyal to them.

    He's coached good defenses and Von was proving to be exactly what he needed.

    McDermott needs to bring in an offensive guy who's proven. He gets the team to love each other and play hard but we need a strategist on offense.

    They're scary because those coaches are expert offensive minds. We don't have it. It's why I'm concerned it's just not working.

    Look at the other side. It's play calling leading Jones. Other way around with us. We succeed when Josh says F it, I'll just create and that shouldn't be.

    If you think Dorsey is coaching a successful strategic offense then you're lost.

    Or a WR other than Diggs can get open and Dorsey could coach an offense where Josh just needs to execute instead of creating.

    We just couldn't overcome losing Hyde, Von, Tre not being healthy, no WR stepping up and Dorsey's inexperience.

    There's no strategy to our play calling. We run then we totally don't, then we do, then we don't. Use a mix and play action and screens to set up other plays. It's just all over the place

    Not our year. It's just not coming together.

    We hardly ignored those positions, it's just not working.
