  1. That's the default answer nearly every time someone disagrees with giving a guy another head coaching job. That's actually the extreme position considering how many more times a second time head coach will not turn into Belichick vs will.
  2. I don't know - Triplette is awful.
  3. I hadn't heard that Belichick coached prior to the Patriots. I'm surprised no one has ever mentioned it before. So since Billy was terrible - then was an all time great - everyone should be compared to him and can do the same thing?
  4. Are you serious? You think they have said - let's not find a QB? Ok well then all the QB's drafted where we drafted those RB's would not have worked out - so you just want them to do it for the sake of doing it? Oh god get over it and yourself. McGahee was drafted in 2003 man - what in holy hell does that have to do with this organization now? Who in the organization put a higher value on McGahee, Spiller and Marshawn than a QB? Did ya take a look at the money they gave Tyrod? Is it more than McCoy?
  5. Will you say he got it back if we beat the Jets and he has a great night passing?
  6. No the cop out is naming names for your side but not being bold enough to say we should have spent the money on XYZ QB's. Now you're switching to draft picks? Which is it, spending money on RB's or drafting them? You're confusing yourself with not answering your own questions. Why would you're frustration be limited to RB's then? Very strange. Why not say we shouldn't spend money on corners, defensive ends or defensive tackles? I mean under your theory - just don't do that and get a QB. So easy, right?
  7. That's a post I can get behind.
  8. I understand that - my point is I don't care if he isn't - throw him the ball. Tyrod is capable of making the throws.
  9. If that money wasn't spent on RB's what QB's would you rather we went after in the last 16 years?
  10. I agree. Antonio Brown wasn't open tonight. Just throw it to him because he's great.
  11. This is one strange post.
  12. Well if this is true - can't blame anyone for hitting that panic button on this one.
  13. I don't think so. I'd imagine they'd spend it somewhere else.
  14. Missed play for sure - but it happens more often than we know. I think the answer is don't let him throw then, huh?
  15. The ravens had the ball about 5.5 more minutes (less than 10%) and had almost twice as many yards. Flacco was 23/34 and Tyrod 15/22 - this team better figure out that passing the football is how you win and control the game. This is most certainly not Tyrod's fault.
  16. That an interesting analogy/question/and point of view. I will say that it would suck for a 23 year old that's got so much promise to just have to deal with foot pain. I'd almost rather they find something. I do wonder what he did in the off season to injure the foot - might explain some of the residual effects.
  17. My name is Dan. Do you know how many people say "Dan the man" to me? Can they think of something different to say? Do they think it's something original they came up with? Do I have to like hearing it over and over and over? I get it - my name rhymes with man. Shut up!
  18. Exactly. At the same time of getting his $$$ off the books they gave little Gronk a shot. It didn't work out so they made the move. It just doesn't matter - when you lose, the criticism is going to come. If we won the game and this move was made it would be taken in a different light.
  19. It's weird that every OC adapts well in NE.
  20. Just did - pretty amazing
  21. Tyrod says "we're ready" - Vic says they're not. I'll go with Tyrod until proven otherwise.
  22. Pot meet ScottLaw
  23. We've got the best uniform in the league, IMO.
  24. I think overall their wide receiver core is underrated. There's some tough covers there.
