We had one of the worst schedules last year too. It happens when you are division champions and you have to play tough divisions in the conference and out of conference. The Bills still won the division in spite of significant injuries to starters. When we have JA 17, we are competing for the SuperBowl. Go Bills !!!

Finally,....having to get through FA, Draft, Mini-camp, OTAs, TC, Pre-Season, roster make over....everything has been analyzed and over analyzed and dissected....now it is time for putting it all together for that MAGICAL SEASON. Go Bills !!!

It is unfair to look at the AFC East times record for the last 20 years....Tom Brady simply dominated them that their chance to even get to the playoffs was NOT Unusual.

This teams mindset needs to be "SuperBowl Caliber" and not just "Playoff Caliber". We have a stud QB and that means new hero's will emerge on this team. Cook and Kincaid showed a lot last year. I expect them to become household names this year with their play (and they will be on National TV a lot in the first seven weeks of the season). The same goes to Bernard, Oliver and Rosseau. They emerged from the shadows of others last year. They have to take the next step to become all-pros. I am excited about the ENIGMA of this team and in a tough AFC East as well as the conference overall, it is going to be a thrilling ride....because we have the best QB in the league not named Patrick Mahomes. Go Bills !!!

Why are we talking about McDermott though ? Babich will be coaching the defense. It will be a tragedy if McDermott as a HC is spending his time bringing up a safety stashed in the PS. Go Bills !!! Hamlin was a liability every time he was on the field.

The question was not about Warner having a tremendous career. It was more about how did he go from a packing groceries to a NFL Super Bowl MVP. I believe that Rams team was loaded on Offense and Defense.

Warner's team was filled with super stars and a great OL. Better players don't succeed due to where they get drafted/signed and the team they go to. Many of the top QBs get let go because they were in a team devoid of talent...

From the streets of San Francisco to graduating from Vanderbilt, drafted by the Bills in the Spring and making it to the 53-man roster What a story for this young man. Hats off to him for persevering through everything he has gone through and to get to this position. I am going to be rooting for this guy to succeed and be a long time Buffalo Bill. I can see very easily Josh Allen connecting with Davis and making him our feature back by end of the season.

If you looked at from who played in the last game to now, we haven't really lost much... Diggs and Davis disappeared during the playoffs White, Milano, Hyde did not even see the playing field Miller was not healthy and so was Poyer and Rosseau and they tried to play through it. The people who shone during those final games - Allen, Cook, Kincaid, Shakir, OL, Oliver, Bernard, Rapp, Douglas all are still here the last time I checked and that team without Bernard fell to the chiefs on a missed FG. I really don't think this team lost too much talent (from end of last year) besides Diggs.

I think the Dolphins are the real threat as evidenced from last year and how they have continued to improve this year. They have star players at QB, RB, WRs. They were a few plays away from winning the AFC East last year before we knocked them off and sent them to Kansas City. The Jets have been good on paper and got a few tough wins but lack the consistency and that will continue to hurt them.

The QB is also 40 years old and has not enough practice with his team.

Impact players are top-5 in the NFL at their position...Meaning they are in the top 15% of their position. These are folks who impact the outcome of a game. We have Josh Allen on offense and used to have Milano on defense who did exactly that. We also used to have Diggs on offense in previous years. Dawkins and Oliver are good players but have not made the impact that you get from a Bosa or TJ Watt. Typically All-Pro players are impactful players.....pro bowlers not so much. If opposing defense has to game plan against Shakir this season and he still catches passes then he definitely will be an impactful players. Right now we have some "Very Good" players but not that many GREAT players....At the beginning of this season the only one who qualifies as great is Josh. By the end of the year hopefully we will have more names such as Kincaid, Cook, Bernard, Oliver, Dawkins joining him. Go Bills !!!

Our pass rush has to get to Mahomes. It is our weakest link on this defense when we are in the Playoffs.

Success in the regular season gets us to the playoff...and thats it. Success in the playoffs gets us to the Lombardi. Our stats and success in the playoffs has been AVERAGE and hence we have been booted out during the Divisional round mostly. The only bright spot in the playoffs is Josh Allen...but the NFL is a team game and requires production from 25 other players on Offense/Defense/Special Teams. I am not sure...that would be 50-50

With the new rule changes, it is more important to have better kick coverage than a guy who was reckless (as per coach) with the football on PR

If the Bills wanted him - wouldn't they have got him back in the Diggs trade ?
