Watson had a phenomenal rookie season before it was cut short by injury. He had 19 TD in 6 games...Tyrod had 14 in 14.....Mahomes in his pre-season games and the final start showed that he can sling the ball downfield and win. I think both these QBs are going to be starting in this league for a long time.....

But that was not his question. I agree with OP...TT is one of the main reasons we made it to the Post Season. I don't know if Nate would have taken us there, but the fact is TT did. I hope Nate works out for the long term for this franchise (He did play pretty good in the snow bowl before hurting himself). Before we jump and give our defense a lot of credit, do remember this defense leaks against the run crazy. TT has protected the football and make the couple of plays necessary enroute to a 4-2 record in the final six games.

The only DB that left and went on to have a great career was Winfield. Clements, Byrd etc had a so-so careers post Bills. As I wrote, Gaines is going to be a tough signing...they have committed alreayd significant dollars to Poyer and Hyde

this! We lost to the Patriots twice not because we couldn't stop Brady...but failed to stop Deion Lewis and Co. We lost to the Saints not because Brees burned us but Ingram and the rookie did. We stop the run and force Bortles to make mistakes we will win this game.

And Alonzo deserves some criticism too...He went at players helmet-to-helmet at least twice in the game and close to the sideline...They were borderline personal fouls.

Can we stop the Run? That will decide this game. Our offense has not been able to take advantage of the turnovers created by our defense.
