A Bills game is now an excuse to act like some sort of out of control loser, for someone who is probably pretty normal the rest of the time. It is also the mob mentality too. I did not go to the game. But after the game like at 4:30 my wife and I were walking down Union Rd in West Seneca at Center Rd. The light is red, and a stopped conversion van about 2 car lengths in front of us starts throwing cans out the window on to the sidewalk. I got up to the van pretty angry and started giving them #### about dumping their #### in my town. The guy stutters "they are only cans" and takes off when the light turns green. 4 guys in the van about 40's to 50's, and I'm 54. I really wanted to chuck a can at these guys, but don't want to escalate this into something more. Still, I hope I gave these guys something to think about next time at least. Still pisses me off

Looks like those of us who guessed gang-bangers were right. From today's buff news: The story Killed were Danyell Mackin, 30; Tiffany Wilhite, 32; Shawn-Tia McNeil, 27; and Willie McCaa III, 26. Wounded were Demario Vass, 30; James Robbs Jr., 27; Shamar Davis, 30; and Tillman Ward, 27. Vass remained hospitalized late Tuesday in critical condition. At least three of the individuals who were shot had been shot or targeted before, and one of them had a brother who was violently tortured and murdered, police said. Ward, who was shot in the elbow and is recovering, also was shot last Nov. 23 with his cousin Francois Mitchell, 25, when someone opened fire on them in a parking lot on Walden Avenue. Ward's brother, Rome Ward, 21, was murdered in 2007. Police found his body -- bearing signs of torture and dismemberment -- about a month after he was kidnapped. And in March of this year, another cousin of Ward's -- Dontae Coble, 16 -- was charged with murder. Homicide detectives accused Coble of fatally stabbing Daniel Smalls, 18, on Feb. 13 outside a house party on Genesee Street. Wilhite, according to a 2007 police report, told police a man fired several shots at her late on Dec. 23, 2007, at Broadway and Mills Street but missed, striking a nearby vehicle. McCaa, who was killed in Saturday morning's attack, survived a shooting on March 31, 2008, in which he was shot in the groin as he left a store at Bailey and Kermit avenues. McCaa was facing some trouble with the law at the time of his death. According to Sedita, McCaa was scheduled to go to trial on a felony robbery charge this week in State Supreme Court.

You don't know half the story here. Lots of pressure was brought by the biker community. Over 20,000 hits on HD forums alone. Originally she was not charged with anything as her accident was viewed not as criminal but rather by the sheriff as "poor judgement which is not a crime". Public outrage was the only reason she was charged no charges

Rather than taking hundreds of millions of $$$$$$$$$$ and putting it into a stadium or now dead Bass Pro, I would rather funnel it to a Toyota and start assembling Corollas here. That's just an example Any of these projects and their spin off restaurants and retail don't pay %$#&

Waterfront stadium sucks. 9-10 times a year it is used. After that how does it attract any one? Drive by the Ralph today and see what is happening. Nothing.

On a related note, on 7/10 at the West Seneca Queen of Heaven beer tent, my son introduced me to Patrick Kane. Stupid to say I was pumped to meet someone the age of my son. But hey he did score the Stanley Cup winning goal! Funny that he doesn't even look like an athlete, just a regular guy, hanging with his buddies. If it was me and I was him, I would be wearing a Black Hawks jersey with my name and women all over. LOL. For that matter, I wouldn't leave Chicago because he has to be the toast of the town as big as Jordan, Payton and Butkus Maybe couple times a year I see Ruben Brown at bike events, and he is like 6-5 300#, still looks like a player you know

Embezzlement is great, why shouldn't everyone do it?. Steal money and it is yours. If you get caught, you just have to give it back. And you get probation...........wow that's nothing. It is a crime with virtually no risk to the criminal

Big deal 90 days will be reduced to less than a month. I just figured I spend the equivalent of 90 days a year at my job. You don't see me crying..............much
