  1. Isn't that a large amount of cash to be getting for unemployment? $1600 a month. I mean the guy, when he did work, probably only made $20k a year
  2. 13% think "franchaise him". When did Bell become a top 5 LT in the NFL?
  3. Too many drivers out there distracted with their Ipod, coffee, cell phone, kids, etc instead of paying attention to driving and traffic which is what they should be. They're careless and wreckless in their driving habits. That's why it is "start seeing mc's". One of the things I've found in my years of riding and going thru an intersection is to keep somewhat close to the car in front of you. Too big a gap and the car making a left across your lane may decide to cut in front of you. Yeah you have to pay attention to everything
  4. With FA just 12 days away, why would SJ sign now? If I was him, I would roll the dice and test the waters. Sure there is the possibility he may not get an offer better than the Bills current (whatever that is), but being that he won't break the bank like other more known WR's, some club would throw good money at him. Even if he rolled that dice and lost, he would still make more than he does now, sort of a win-win position
  5. My son a few years back did the same thing. Went to the gym and left everything in the open. Lost it all......................although he didn't have a purse
  6. Actually the city is cheaper to live in tax wise than the suburbs. I'm in West Seneca in a house maybe worth $100,000, and pay $3500 a year in taxes. Put that $700,000 house in WS and you are paying almost $25,000, which is 50% more than that house's tax of $17k
  7. OH BOOHOO. Join the rest of America
  8. I don't know, I was only drinking the Kool-Aid
  9. Lots of people pissed that SJ walks. Takes two sides to get a contract done. How do we know that SJ REALLY wants to be here? Anything he says now related to that is posturing. If I was him I would wait until FA and see the offers that are out there. The Bills offer would still be on the table. What if he gets offers from any of these clubs: Green Bay, San Diego, Patriots, Steelers, New Orleans, I would be gone in a heartbeat LOL nice! I jumped on Sabre seasons this year after those signings. $$$ down the drain
  10. Agreed. Pick her for a dead pool
  11. I heard this about the Irsay girls: She goes, squeeze me, come on and squeeze me Mama's got a squeeze box Daddy never sleeps at night She goes in and out and in and out and in and out and in and out
  12. Agree with your post. Except I don't think FJ was even middle of the pack. Wasn't he a free agent? That's bottom of the barrel
  13. Leopold for team MVP
  14. Your local Industrial Development Agency, how much bang for the buck do they get? They hand out millions for a dozen jobs
  15. Reed should be in HOF. Tough competition in Chris Carter and Tim Brown. Tasker should be in too. First stud special teamer
  16. There is a site called Skyscraper City. World wide studies. They LOVE Buffalo. Pics you would not believe are of this city Found the site. Buffalo on SkyCity While on that site, search "concrete central". That's a thread!
  17. I would not at all count on KW. He could end up being Merriman 2.0
  18. Ironic 2 coachs nailed on cheating are in the Super Bowl. Belichek with the cameras, Coughlin having his players fall down and fake injuries
  19. Could go either way? At 30 I think the only way now is down
  20. Exactly. His agent would be doing SJ a huge dis-service to sign now. The Bills offer will still be on the table after FA starts
  21. I wouldn't pay anything. Why? Cause the landlord doesn't want to incur the cost and a plumber, surprise, hired by the landlord, agrees? Professional? Some of the largest corp's around with their extensive R&D's say they are flushable. Who is more believable, them or a plumber? Let the landlord take you to small claims and he doesn't stand a chance as he has no creditable proof Read the web site More on wipes & septics
  22. I don't know about that. $40k a month until they are 21 is $10 million total. He made $80 mil according to the article. Seriously at his level of income at one time, you can't expect him to pay $500/month per kid
  23. I got no problem with this view. You see people who hide where they got hurt, blame their job so they can get Workers Compensation. A guy with $39 million on the line won't hide it? Get real
  24. Maybe Joe Pa's hell will be getting butt f'd for eternity
  25. I think it is up to 9% now. But Coinstar keeps some people employed in Buffalo. Their receipt rolls are made and distributed from here I take my pennies to Coinstar at Wegmans. Nickles & dimes at work for coffee
