  1. You got that right!
  2. For being just 4 games into the season, a LOT of people in Buffalo are feeling this way, myself included. Also, don't get too upset what you root for or who, you won't change the outcome of the game, so why worry about it? Lastly, these guys that keep posting 12-4, seriously, get real. It's dumb
  3. Well the Intl RR bridge was built in 1873 But today all traffic between the US and Canada comes over that bridge. Of the 2 in the Falls, one was closed within the last 10 years or so, the second is only used for Amtrak
  4. And what happens when we typically whiff on most of those picks? A string of 0-16 seasons?
  5. To compound it, what if Spiller or Jackson has a season ending injury? Now we have no depth
  6. My father-in-law is 85. He wants Flutie back in
  7. Maybe we can get their left tackle
  8. OK, the Bills just sweetened your offer, instead of the Jills, Cornell Green and Kelsay I got tix, bought them on the day singles went on sale. $164 for 2 upper decks. Could have spent that money at the Chophouse. Really, where is the entertainment vallue for what you are spending? My last game for a long long time
  9. I bought tix for Jax. REALLY looking forward to that. What a waste of cash
  10. Don't count out railroads so quick. Capacity is measured in more than just track. Plus there are 3 rr bridges between buffalo & Niagara Falls. Frontier yard would be re-opened. NS has put millions into Bison yard, plus huge up-grades to the old Erie southern tier line to build capacity
  11. If you got water in the interior I wouldn't want the car, mold. Plus you will have electrical issues from corrosion. Take a settlement and buy another Escape. I know you love the car, but I suspect Ford built at least a couple.............hundred thousand, so you should be able to find something
  12. Life goes on. Braves left some 30 years ago and I didn't die. Same for the Bills
  13. That's an understatement. I wondered if it is some lame attempt at putting out a crap site so as to sell more newspaper hard copies. That's where they make their money
  14. Yeah, I held up one finger too
  15. When you go to an away game wearing your team colors, you really are making yourself a target. Wear your team colors at home games
  16. That's cool. I meant to say that only 10% act like that. Not everyone the way my post came out
  17. A Bills game is now an excuse to act like some sort of out of control loser, for someone who is probably pretty normal the rest of the time. It is also the mob mentality too. I did not go to the game. But after the game like at 4:30 my wife and I were walking down Union Rd in West Seneca at Center Rd. The light is red, and a stopped conversion van about 2 car lengths in front of us starts throwing cans out the window on to the sidewalk. I got up to the van pretty angry and started giving them #### about dumping their #### in my town. The guy stutters "they are only cans" and takes off when the light turns green. 4 guys in the van about 40's to 50's, and I'm 54. I really wanted to chuck a can at these guys, but don't want to escalate this into something more. Still, I hope I gave these guys something to think about next time at least. Still pisses me off
  18. So WGR says the Bills suck............in other news there was daylight today followed by darkness later
  19. You got that right. Thing looks like 80's technology
  20. Could be worse. Could be in the top 10 and then we would really have something to beetch about
  21. Looks like those of us who guessed gang-bangers were right. From today's buff news: The story Killed were Danyell Mackin, 30; Tiffany Wilhite, 32; Shawn-Tia McNeil, 27; and Willie McCaa III, 26. Wounded were Demario Vass, 30; James Robbs Jr., 27; Shamar Davis, 30; and Tillman Ward, 27. Vass remained hospitalized late Tuesday in critical condition. At least three of the individuals who were shot had been shot or targeted before, and one of them had a brother who was violently tortured and murdered, police said. Ward, who was shot in the elbow and is recovering, also was shot last Nov. 23 with his cousin Francois Mitchell, 25, when someone opened fire on them in a parking lot on Walden Avenue. Ward's brother, Rome Ward, 21, was murdered in 2007. Police found his body -- bearing signs of torture and dismemberment -- about a month after he was kidnapped. And in March of this year, another cousin of Ward's -- Dontae Coble, 16 -- was charged with murder. Homicide detectives accused Coble of fatally stabbing Daniel Smalls, 18, on Feb. 13 outside a house party on Genesee Street. Wilhite, according to a 2007 police report, told police a man fired several shots at her late on Dec. 23, 2007, at Broadway and Mills Street but missed, striking a nearby vehicle. McCaa, who was killed in Saturday morning's attack, survived a shooting on March 31, 2008, in which he was shot in the groin as he left a store at Bailey and Kermit avenues. McCaa was facing some trouble with the law at the time of his death. According to Sedita, McCaa was scheduled to go to trial on a felony robbery charge this week in State Supreme Court.
  22. I liked the Troup selection. But then I see where he is only going to be a back-up, well it doesn't make sense then when you could have a new QB over our current group of losers. But this is right
  23. Has to be some real hate there to kill all these people. I would suspect there is more to it. Gangs?
  24. The last runing back we drafted who had a mom that wanted to be close to him didn't work out that well.............yet
