  1. I should have listened to you. Now I've got RLB following me around my house begging me to go out for cocktails and cruise for chicks at Chilis. Says the girls there are twice as hot as the ones at AppleBees. I don't think Chilis is even open yet and who drinks at 10.30 AM on Wednesday? Plus my balls are killing me.
  2. I don't think the issue with this thread is the timing. Its more of an existential question. Should it exist at all?
  3. Of your 85 posts, what percentage would you estimate are starting new threads? My guess is 50%.
  4. I know, you're being fecesious yet you're ironically correct. Franchise QB is one of the biggest myths in football, second only to CTE. I defy you to name 50 "franchise QBs" who have hoisted the Lumbardy trophy?
  5. This is what happens in every training camp about this time of year. Guys just get frustrated lining up against each other every day. Nothing to see here. Right?
  6. That's a good question, I think. I can't say I know enough about the WCO to argue either way. I would love to see our more football knowledgeable posters weigh in.
  7. Boldin and Matthews fill the same role. Zay hasn't played a down of NFL football yet. Tyrod has not played in a west coast offense to my knowledge. Lets not get ahead of ourselves. This WR corps doesn't have a true #1 WR.
  8. Why would we do that? Pretend the trade was Sammy for the 1985 Bears if it makes you feel better, but I'll stick with what really happened.
  9. Seriously. Total noobs.
  10. Last week we had Sammy, Zay, Boldin, Holmes/Streater.
  11. No, I didn't. I haven't said anything resembling that sentiment. In fact you have that backward. The people praising the trade have largely assumed that Watkins injury issues will persist.
  12. 2017 hasn't been played yet. Matthews has knee tendinitis and Boldin is 46 years old. Zay has yet to play an NFL game. Why are we assuming that we solved the injury issue in our WR corps?
  13. Why? Is there something special about the 2nd rounder we got from LA at this point? We already had the draft resources to make a big draft day move and theres no guarantee that drafting the QB of the future will involve a blockbuster draft day trade. I don't see how Sammy and this hypothetical franchise QB draft are related at this point. We will judge the trade this year with the Chiefs where we traded out of the 10 spot (where KC selected Mahomes) in return for a first rounder. This hypothetical draft day move where we pick our QB of the future has much more to do with that extra first rounder rather than another second.
  14. You can tell me about his college 40 time again, but if you have had the pleasure of watching Matthews play and think he's anywhere near as explosive as Watkins then we will need to agree to argue with other people.
  15. Then you'll love Matthews who is a Ford Taurus in the streets.
  16. Of all the WRs on the Iggles roster, why J-Matt? Maybe take a flier on Agholor. J-Matt is just a faster version of 2017 Boldin except with crappy hands.
  17. Matthews was so reliable that the Eagles invested tons in upgrading the WR position leaving Jordan on the bubble.
  18. No, he just left his car there. Long story.
  19. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Exa0CzlCb3Y&t=1s Well this is pretty f@#$ing awesome.
  20. Maybe the answer is moving slower and less explosively? Whats your secret for success at not getting injured?
  21. I saw that his name wasn't called once twice on mainboard.
  22. I think there is a greater argument to be made that choosing not to take his children to the game is a greater offence. What should he do, leave them in the care of a babysitter? Some stranger who works for $15 and unlimited popsicles? Real parents never let their children out of their sight! My neighbor used to let his kids play in the front yard while "watching" form the kitchen window. Luckily, CPS placed those children in a suitable home.
