  1. Its kind of like the age old question about if you go back in time and unknowingly have sex with your mom can you really be your own dad?? Trippy.
  2. Strong point. And what evidence do you possess that I have little evidence to support my opinion? What evidence do you have in support of drafting for need? Here's 3 time NFL executive of the year Bill Polian's thoughts on the matter. https://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/football-insider/post/bill-polian-key-to-success-is-drafting-best-player-available/2012/04/24/gIQAGvLPeT_blog.html?noredirect=on&utm_term=.d610995def9b
  3. If those are the clear cut best players on the board, so be it. Actual difference makers on the field is way better than getting the WR equivalent of Donte Whitner just because we have a need at that position.
  4. Teams that draft for need will continue to have many much need to replace mediocre starters. Need is a tie breaker when deciding between two equally rated players in the draft.
  5. That should be a real relief to Raiders nation. There is a trustworthy Process in place. Raider fan just has to be patient and watch it all unfold.
  6. Sounds like Gruden could use some serious Process consulting. The hockey team had 4 players on the roster that I had heard of at the beginning of the season. 2 of which were nobodies that couldn't stick with the Sabres and didn't last long in Vegas. Unless Fleury and James Neal are stars (hint: they aren't) that team had ZERO star power.
  7. Clay is just another warm body out there?
  8. A much more likely scenario is that Gruden has not forgiven the Davis family and Raiders for firing him all those years ago and this season he is exacting his calculated and painful revenge.
  9. He was our leading receiver the past few years. Our #1 pass catcher goes for 32 yards per game, by the way.
  10. I can picture it now. The game is tied here with 3:25 remaining in the fourth quarter, 10 to 10. Hold on a second...it looks like Chad Kelly has run on to the field! Chad Kelly is on the field and he....oh my god...he has body slammed the Junior Wildcats starting QB and is now stomping on tight end little Eric Johnson. Players are fleeing the enraged Chad Kelly but hes just too fast. Parents from both teams have now run on to the field to attempt to stop Kelly but he will not go down! Ladies and gentleman, we are witnessing perhaps the darkest hour in the history of pop warner football.
  11. Kelly to Da'Rick will be a lethal combo
  12. Its good that Chad intervened when he did. If he was a few minutes later that kid probably winds up wrapped in a tortilla and shoved in the microwave. They call it a Rocky Mountain Gordita. Seen it a hundred times.
  13. Not until she can prove it in a court of law. Maybe I'm just a better parent than you?
  14. Why was a mother up with a young child hanging on the couch at that hour? Sounds like bad parenting. I bet young Chadwick was just looking out for a kid that should've been in bed on a school night.
  15. With the amount of cocaine at that party its just inexcusable that someone could get and remain that drunk. Kelly needs to have better situational awareness and know when to blast a key bomb and hit that reset button. Amateur hour!
  16. I bet that coach never stayed up all night doing whippits and energy drinks with Chumbawamba and dry humping groupies. Loser.
  17. This year has been challenging to watch. Especially so since Allen got hurt so we don't even get to monitor his progress. But I still look forward to going to the bar every Sunday and hanging out with my new friends. Even @The Real Buffalo Joe. The 90 minutes before the game starts are usually the most fun.
  18. How do you know that McDermott doesn't want the worst offense in the league? Some people want their steak well-done. People like Nickleback. People are f@#$%ing morons.
  19. I know the tone would be a lot more serious. No ass is safe when Russ is around.
  20. This all assumes Allen pans out which is a big ???.
  21. I guess this means that Belichek is going to eliminate pick 6s thrown to the flats by playing his DBs 15 yards off the LOS and neutralize our strong punting game by allowing 1st downs. My guess is we will see the Gilmore cushion in full effect.
  22. Good Lord. What is wrong with 31.45% of you?!?!?
  23. That's what I'm saying. When the league's 22nd ranked rushing attack is stuffing the ball down your throat, passing on you at will, and you find yourself down by 32 points to a 1-5 team, its very easy to lose perspective. In those situations, its more important than ever to remember that we have a really good defense and we're good people.
  24. Why is everyone so sure that current ineptitude is an indicator of future Championships? Were that the case, over the last 20 years we probably would have hung more Championship banners from the rafters than the Colts hung "AFC South Participation Banner 201[X]" banners.
