    You could make a case for elevating Brady. It would give the offense continuity for the rest of Josh's career instead of cycling through coordinators every 2-3 years. That continuity is such a huge advantage for KC. This would come with the caveat that Brady hires a D coordinator and gives him full control over the D. Edit: I'm fully aware McD isn't going anywhere.
