If Beane and his scouts all think there's a stud C out there in the 2nd round that can be Josh's "Kent Hull" for the next decade, I bet they would pull the trigger. You can only restructure once per season, and Josh will certainly get restructured again next year. It shouldn't have to be explained that restructuring every player on the roster for the maximum amount isn't financially prudent, and can quickly create problems in the future. Just because Beane chose a measured response does not indicate that "Pegula is cheap."
