  1. In case anyone missed my last comments, I'd like to also add that I currently reside in Nashville, and not only are my friends sending me their condolences should the Bills sign this guy, a few have even greeted me with some laughter, and today a card was left on my chair that read in printed ink: " sorry for your loss" and inside they wrote 2012 will be sorely missed, and we hope you and your family will find peace Now the card was pretty funny I'll be the first to admit, but regardless of his winning percentage, people around here did not like the guy, and for good reason. The general consensus is a selfish, immature player that simply does not grasp the concept of team offense. Hard to argue, I truly hope this guy does not end up in a Bill Uni... let someone else try to get blood from this turnip.
  2. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD AND ALL THAT IS HOLY NO
  3. I am quietly confident he might really contribute to this team, we literally have nothing to lose as a team to see if he might be another "SJ" type of gem. I really like what little I saw of him last preseason. I think the biggest vote of confidence is the lack of top 10-15 WRs the bills seemed to be interested in, and only had 2 prospects in to work out for them officially, so I hope this is a precursor to Marcus, and others on the team that have gotten healthy.
  4. Not for San Fran either. If anyone watched the playoff games, Whitner's play could have easily cost them the game against the Saints, and he was beaten so badly by the Giants receivers on a regular basis that I found it amazing he didn't get pulled. Let's not make chumps into champs so people can question the front office. I'll mention 3 that circulate around here that have somehow convinced people they are good. In order of how bad they really are: 1. Aaron Maybin - he is a pathetic joke, and if you watch his laughable 6 sacks, he was ridiculously out of position, and actually sucks so bad you can hear it from here. The Jests picked a Project situational pass rusher in this years draft, 'nuff said. 2. Donte Whitner - Sub par, less than average talent that was lucky enough to play for the best defense in the league, where his miserable deficiencies could be masked, well... until the playoffs, then it was clear he needs to be replaced. 3. Marshawn Lynch - Whoopdie Frickin Doo, he had a great run in the playoffs, where several people had multiple shots at him. 3.9 Career YPG average, VERY happy "Least Mode" is gone. If the Bills didn't waste a pick on this chump, we might have enjoyed a few more years of Fast Freddie. So in response to the crayonz comment, the only FAIL is that these lameass players seem to be better when they are gone, but in reality will never be the piece of a championship puzzle, and had much more down side than any benefit to any roster... well all except Maybin, I still contend there is zero upside, and he stands to be the biggest bust in Bills history. If you didn't think so after the Bears pre-season game last year, just go watch some of his Jests low-lights. so lets all look to the future and who IS here now, and I like whats going on with the current staff. Spiller is proving to be a very good pick, and one the team will need post Freddie, Dareus is the real deal, and Gilmore looks to be another great 1st round pick. When in Bills history could we have said that 3 years in a row? Very excited about this upcoming season if we stay healthy. Go BILLS!!!!
  5. Nope. If Buddy's Philosophy is to primarily build through the draft, I think we're all safe from worrying about the horrendous idea.
  6. Every time I see Aaron Maybin's name it makes me laugh. All I can hear is that moronic rap song make for him HA! you QB Cravin' stud! lol.
  7. Wait they drafted a pass rusher? I thought Aaron Maybin was a super stud for them now..... No?
  8. He'd be inducted for sure if it were called "The Hall of Pretty Good" Was his style of play game-changing? no. I liked him as a player, he was a very solid QB, but I would be very surprised if he were ever inducted.
  9. If I were Stevie I'd sue him for his accusations.
  10. I'd love to see season ticket sales cross the 60k mark, and maybe if we're lucky the idiotic Toronto-away game-black eye to the franchise-collossal embarrassment-series will come to an end after this season. I just don't see how any team can compete when they play 9 away games every year.
  11. I got lucky and drafted Freddie in all 3 of my fantasy teams last year, but I can guarantee he won't be overlooked this year, I will try to pick up both, Spiller did very well for me in one of my leagues when I stole him right after freddie got hurt.
  12. Historically speaking, I have been very happy with the Spiller pick, if you sift through my posts going all the way back and through his first season, I have maintained that the Spiller pick will be one Bills fans will appreciate when it's all said and done, along the lines of an Andre Reed, or Eric Moulds kind of pick. I have never been a Marshawn fan, and always thought he was an average or worse talent, definitely not a game changer, and I had enough of all his side stepping. I hope there are enough plays called to support Spiller's growth, and feed Freddie, they both deserve it at this point in their careers.
  13. I absolutely 2nd this. The guy is on track for a full recovery from his surgery, and is healthy for the first time in years. apparently, the Achilles problem was something he has been dealing with even during his "lights Out" days. I am pulling for him 100%.
  14. I expected nothing less than the media bashing our signings, or underplaying them. BTW CB, I fixed the formula for you in this case(Anderson and Williams signings) -1 = Anderson and Williams signings (Ralph is Cheap)*-1 = Ralph is Not Cheap
  15. I think it's actually spelled - belidirtystinkincheatinbastarchick and to the other poster in the thread, it's hungarian
  16. I would be far happier for all families involved if this could be proved. Imagine what life must be like for an innocent person acquitted of murder, but seen as a monster, and guilty in everyone Else's eyes. This of course assumes OJ was in fact not guilty, which I think there's a strong possibility. Nothing could be worse to live your life ostracized for something you didn't do.
  17. isn't he the guy who does the telethons?
  18. This year we have to draft immediate impact players at OT and WR, and quite possibly LB & CB. If there is a can't miss player for one of those spots at #10, that will be your 2012 1st round pick for the Bills. I might be oversimplifying here, but it seems like an obvious approach.
  19. Only people from Buffalo really think their own actions have any control over the Bills' performance or the ability to affect the outcome of games.... lol.
  20. With this front line, I'd still rush Merriman at OLB, If he even returns to 70% of his former glory. I'd take a 70% Shawn Merriman over 90% of the rest of what starts in the NFL right now. Here's to your health Shawn!!
  21. DO NOT VOTE FOR STEVIE!!!! We have enough curses to deal with around here, I should know.
  22. HOLY CRAP!!!! Ralph is not cheap!!! I think he has been reading my posts, he is officially doing the exact opposite of what he has done in the past... a-la George Costanza!! The snow must be beautiful in hell right now....
  23. there are only so many roster spots on this team, and you have to take that into consideration when extending an offer to a guy that simply hasn't been healthy his entire career. that alone is why I would pass on him, and try to get players that can play out a season. Time to part ways with the IR list players.
  24. I would also be in favor of cutting this guy, and I would LOVE to see the end of the wildcat formation, it was simply garbage and mostly ineffective. It's time to replace gimmicks with players.
