  1. It’s always next year for some people. They are afraid to set expectations high out of fear of being disappointed. Allen and the offense were supposed to take a major step forward this year but that’s not happening and now the narrative is we still don’t have talent on offense and next year is the year it happens. I agree with you that anything less than 10 or 11 wins this year would be a disappointment. Our schedule next year is no joke so if you’re expecting a breakout year then it’s only going to be harder.
  2. it’s a fan account
  3. It’s Allen and Tyrod on 3rd down
  4. If Daball gets fired then that’s 3 OCs in 4 years. Yikes.
  5. I’d be cool with a dome. Something like Lucas Oil Stadium wouldn’t be bad.
  6. So because I responded to you, you decided to lie and put words in my mouth? Is this how you normally have a discussion?
  7. I don’t omit or deny other fallacies of the offense. Maybe you’re thinking of someone else? If so your beef is with them. Saying I have no patience or want him gone is bs. I just know a bad QB when I see one. I’m not there with Allen but I still want him to play better.
  8. Well if we’re being honest, next year may be the last chance some coaches and players have here.
  9. I don’t want to see him gone. I want him and this offense to play better. I don’t hide from the fact I did not want Allen but I also have never called for him to be cut, trades or replaced. If anything, I’ve argued the opposite and want us to pass more because of Allen. Let me ask you this, how many games does it take before you can have a fair assessment on a QB?
  10. Has anyone even called for him to be traded or cut? I haven’t seen it. If anything, the bar has been set so incredibly low when it comes to our QBs. If he’s going to be hyped up as a franchise QB then let’s at least hold him to that standard and not make lame excuses. Half way through a rebuild? You mean McD needs all 5 years to turn this team around? Then what? We can expect a perennial SB contender?
  11. Apparently it’s not easy if you’re Allen.
  12. So we won’t blame the QB who can’t hit his WR in stride when he’s running open but it’s the receivers fault for not stopping his momentum and coming back to a ball thrown several yards short? Let me know when you guys want to have a serious discussion. What if the DB tracks the ball better? It’s an easy INT. But we can just pretend that the only other options are a 50 yard completion on an underthrown ball or PI. ?
  13. That was no where close to being a nice ball. That ball was laughably short.
  14. We don’t have a QB who can throw a deep ball and don’t have an OC who can scheme guys open in space. Brown has the speed to make guys miss and beat them deep.
  15. How many game changing #1 WRs currently exist?
  16. So John Brown is putting up #1 WR numbers but you don’t think he’s a #1 WR because of....reasons? Is your only knock against Brown that he isn’t a big physical WR who is going to go up for jump balls? If so that’s a lame reason.
  17. you know, before the season started people were hyped with all the new guys on offense and expected Allen to make a big jump. Now that it hasn’t happened it’s because the people we added aren’t good enough.
  18. LaCanfora is a joke
  19. what exactly is a real #1 receiver?
  20. Hmmmm maybe jack’s grandson should wear gloves
  21. Mason might be left handed. Somebody should tell him
  22. Lol Rudolph wtf was that
  23. We beat bad/mediocre teams because our defense is good enough to contain them. We lose against good teams because our offense isn’t good enough to keep up. Welcome to the McD era.
  24. cant judge him until he gets a #1 WR, #1 TE, top OTs and great running game and before anyone has a panic attack, I’m kidding
