Wouldn’t surprise me at all if he was starting opposite Tre. Kid just made plays and was around the ball in his limited action.

Our roster is pretty stacked so it’s not like there were many starting spots up for grabs to begin with.

Am I missing something or did we not have one of the best offenses in the league last year? The only starter we lost was John Brown right? We still have Diggs, Bease and Davis right? I get it, we could use more speed. But I’m not going to start flipping tables because we haven’t draft a fast WR or RB just yet. We lost to the Chiefs because our defense couldn’t get to the QB and our o-line couldn’t stop the Chiefs front 4. It wasn’t because we lacked a speedy RB or WR..

You cannot teach his size. Some question marks about whether he can be productive coming off the edge. Let’s see what he can do. We certainly need help getting after the QB

Seems to be some questions about whether he can be effective coming off the edge. Think I read somewhere that most of his production came from playing inside which he likely won’t be able to do in the NFL

The 49ers don’t have a 1st round pick next year. They traded their 1st in 2022 and 2023 to move up to 3. Rodgers may be 37 but he’s one of the best in the league. Losing him would take the Packers from being a SB contender to a mediocre team at best. Garoppolo is not an exciting replacement either and I doubt the 49ers are willing to part with any of their best players as part of this deal. There’s really not much to consider here.
