It’s probably worth mentioning that Reid inherited a team that finished 2-14 before he was hired. Reid and McD essentially tore their teams down to the studs and both have done a fantastic job in building things back up.

And I don’t have a plan. I just know where this team needs to get better. The draft and free agency are too fluid for me to say what I would do the day after the the SB.

We’re not exactly talking about a top 10 pick here. A late 1st for a proven player is at least worth discussing.

Backup QB is probably the position I care the least about. If Barkley comes back then fine. If not then he can probably be replaced with another scrub veteran and we won’t notice any difference.

That’s why we badly need help. The starters and backups aren’t getting it done and obviously another year of mileage on guys like Hughes and Addison isn’t good.

Have you seen our depth chart on the d-line? It’s not pretty. We need help and I don’t think anyone in house is the answer.
