If Josh can’t play then we’re screwed with either of them. It’s not really something I worry about for that reason.

There’s nothing irritating about this but if you insist on my approval then please send any ideas you have about a thread to me and I will try to reject them as quickly as possible.

I don’t have a problem with the reporting. What I find curious was the motive behind posting about a random Raven’s practice which I can only assume would be to point out Lamar’s struggles as if to say our guy is better.

That comment was in regards to Shakir’s “drop” in the Wild Card game, which last I checked wasn’t practice.

We are 100% worse at LB.

I don’t think anyone, including myself, is panicking. This is merely an initial observation.

Taron is signed through the 2024 season and won’t be a FA until 2025.

Which brings me back to my original point. He isn’t going to get much time with Milano signed through 2026. At best he’s a depth piece that might play if there’s an injury.

The ironic part is that Gronk had injury concerns regarding his back coming out and the guy we drafted ended up having a shortened career because of back problems.

Kid needs to make that catch.

It’s tough to envision Bernard sticking around at MLB. Obviously he’s there now but that seems more because it’s slim pickings at the position. The depth there is probably why people are even entertaining the idea of Williams playing the position. We’re throwing crap at the wall and seeing what sticks. I anticipate Williams having a Bernard-esque rookie year. Beyond that, I don’t see where he actually fits in.

Fighting for a job at MLB that I don’t expect him to win.

Milano plays over 90% of the snaps on defense so unless he has to miss time due to injury then Williams might not get his number called much. Secondly, didn’t they draft Bernard last year to be depth behind Milano? Seems like drafting Bernard and Williams in the 3rd round and consecutive years is redundant.

Im not panicking nor did I expect him to be our starting MLB right away, if at all. I just don’t see a path for him to get on the field and contribute outside of ST.

Seems like they’ve already given up on him playing MLB. Tough to see him getting much playing time behind Milano. Makes you wonder if they even had a plan for him when he was drafted.

If Dorian Williams is nothing more than a WLB then that pick becomes more of a head scratcher given Milano is signed through 2026.

Deonte Harty offers something Shakir doesn’t that’s why I put him ahead.

At best he’s 4th on the WR depth chart and given how well Kinkaid is playing and what we expect his role to be, I don’t see how Shakir gets a ton of snaps on game days.

Significant tick? Where? He’s not an outside receiver and Kinkaid is going to be living in the slot. He’s a bottom of the depth chart guy so his snaps will likely reflect that.

He’s a 5th round pick in his 2nd training camp. Maybe people should manage their expectations better so they wouldn’t feel like they are relying on a player like that.

Not sure a safety losing a 1v1 in training camp is anything I’d be worried about.
