  1. You're making presumptions based on a few articles and social media postings. Too many fans believe they have true insight into the goings-on because of this. Are you his roommate? Are you in the locking room or on the practice field? Are you certain he's not putting in time building said chemistry? It may be true, but I doubt it. And he's only missing part of camp. He'd be cut if he didn't put the effort in. Your assertion that he can't have other interests is narrow minded. It is relevant. Many of the comments here are sarcastic, and vitriolic, about a borderline No. 3 wide receiver who may, or may not, be on the cusp but clearly has raw ability to be given the shot. Fans are too presumptuous and negative about people they hardly know. From what I know, he doesn't deserve it. I put that link up because he has ability and it appears he's a good person to boot, which is hardly a commodity in the NFL. If he can't hack it, he'll be cut. It's that simple.
  2. This guy is a class act and still has promise. He hasn't been able to quite make it due to injury. Hate crap like this from fans. http://www.democratandchronicle.com/story/sports/football/nfl/bills/2014/11/07/marquise-goodwin-buffalo-bills/18680837/ How do you know that?
  3. Baseball and football share 50 percent of the same letters. Therefore this desperate move has a 50 percent chance of success and 50 percent chance of failure.
  4. This sounds like something from the Three Stooges. Dennis Thurman should make a point of reading news coverage in the offseason, followed by practicing how to do an interview, and learning how not to destroy amazing defenses. I have zero idea how much of the responsibility is his for the dismantling of our once formidable defense, but he needs to go.
  5. Thanks for serving as the sacrificial lamb on Monday, Jan. 4, when you're fired for implementing Rex's inept defensive schemes.
  6. It's what I would've written too. McCoy, amazing ability aside, is obnoxious. Me, me, me, me, me, me. All this build-up, jilted lover antics, implied bigotry, kissing the Eagles' logo, and not even having the class to shake hands? He deserves this opinion piece, and more.
  7. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=fEpvOM8nixo Both of these jilted lovers need to get over it.
  8. It's a pretty accurate analogy to our newfound obsession with safety, actually.
  9. what, we've heard this "we're close but just can't do x or y" bit before? was it with marrone, gailey or jauron? wait...
  10. The coach is always greener on the other side.
  11. His biggest arrogance is that he feels his masterful schemes win the day and not star players.
  12. if anyone wants to blame a conspiracy, it should be the Smoking Man. Three things need to happen to properly execute a conspiracy: 1. There needs to be clear benefit for EVERYBODY involved. Why would the 31 other team owners and NFL employees abide? 2. Everyone involved needs to prevent leakage of said conspiracy. Why wouldn't someone speak out? How wouldn't the media catch on? 3. Everyone involved needs to be super competent to pull off such a feat. When was the last time every single person on any team fit that description? As fans, we hyper focus on the bad calls that affect our teams. The indefensible blown calls Monday, for example, went two against Buffalo and one (perhaps a TD score) against NE. Perhaps the better explanation is that refs are human (they are) and that the Pats are really good (ditto).
  13. We could also bring AK-47s... In all seriousness here, I agree on defense, but I think we win with ground and pound and frequent enough long shots and no mistakes OR PENALTIES. Going for the fence too frequently creates too many three and outs.
  14. So, if a hoagie (or sub) roll isn't cut all the way through, does it cease to be sandwich? (No) Therefore a hot dog is indeed a sandwich.
  15. Thanks for the link. Now debating between the upper level ones and the lower level.
  16. Buying tickets today to see the Bills beat the Jersey Jets. Would love to sit near a lot of Bills fans. In your experience is the 135 Visitor's section a good one? Is there a section where the NYC Bills Backers are sitting in? Taking my girlfriend to her first NFL game, and would love to be around a lot of fans (and not near too many hecklers). Also, where are the NYC backers tailgating? Thanks for your insight, very much looking forward to this. Haven't been to the Meadowlands since I was a kid.
  17. Someone get that man a FOOT long sandwich. Stat.
  18. Good for them. Losing that badly is tiring.
  19. Hope he doesn't drop the wrench.
  20. I'm glad EJ worked on his mechanics this offseason.
  21. Well, the good news is fewer people are likely watching this game since it's at 930 and being streamed.
  22. While I think there should be a recording feature on streaming TV to make it competitive, live sports are best live iMO. This isn't a movie; it's a live event that in my mind loses its muster when the outcome is already decided. On another note, with all the injuries, we do have one advantage: Sleep. http://sports.yahoo.com/news/sleep-specialist-forecasts-bills-victory-after-looking-at-jags--london-travel-plans-144518876.html
