Sad story. Our dogs love swimming at the lake where we stay. There are areas of green algae but nothing "toxic" as far as I know. I guess we'll find out later this week. Can we safely assume this "toxic" algae is directly related to the construction of locks and the stagnation of water in the Chicago, Illinois lock system?? I did not. But to blame Rosen's struggles on a front office mishap (DUI) or a poor offensive line as CBiscuit did smacks in the face of the media narrative that Rosen was most NFL ready. As I said, Baker did ok with a screwy front office and Josh A. showed stability/professionalism given the hand he was dealt at O line (4 of last year's O line are now gone!). I think some of the Rosen fans need to re-evaluate why they were such big fans. Was he hyped by the media or did he really demonstrate "NFL ready" characteristics but was unable to blossom given his team? (when other, less touted QB's succeeded in similar conditions).

As I recall, Rosen was the “Most NFL Ready” QB of draft. It didn’t take long for other young QB’s to work through weak rosters and problematic front offices (See Baker Mayfield, Peyton Manning, even Josh Allen O line). Stop grasping at straws. Rosen has the mental fortitude and drive of a possum.

These Kentucky rednecks don't screw around like you fellas in the "Corps". They don't buy government brand fish food and feed the little pests nor do they hand out coloring books entitled "Albert the Asian Carp Swims Upstream", and they certainly don't hand out baseball caps with an Asian Carp head on the front. These good ole boys put their minds to work and eradicated thousands of "foreigners" while providing sustenance for those less fortunate.
