  1. There has been some chatter that the rookie CB Benford is getting some run with the starters. This says to me that they are not happy with the vets who have been filling in. Hopefully this kid has something, but I do think we are looking thin at that spot.
  2. Everyone is riding the bills right now, so being a contrarian could pay off for someone in that line of work. Nobody will remember it if he’s wrong, but he’ll let us know if he’s right.
  3. If Bills fans aren’t chucking dildos at this guy in week 11, I’ll be highly disappointed.
  4. I think we will use our first pick to replace him, and I’m fine with that. Zaven Collins, come on down.
  5. The cool thing about being a contender is that it’s not a complete pipe dream for him to sign here. It’s totally plausible.
  6. Fun player. I’d be happy to have him. The one thing I would caution is that you can’t run sideways like that in the NFL and get away with it. I have a feeling his style would lead to a lot of frustration.
  7. There was a throw out into the flat that Yeldon caught, the same side that Singletary had his drop. Beasley was out in front blocking and had his guy taken care of. Yeldon ran smack dab straight into him for about a 6 yard gain. We need someone who can take that pass and turn that into a 25 yard gain. Get me Travis Etienne or Najee Harris. PS I am also a SC Bills fan.
  8. Start by having your RB catch a gimme in the flat for 30 yards, instead of dropping it.
  9. Oops... yeah, that’s right. They cut Trey, the RB. I remember watching the game before Trey was cut, and the safety was just whiffing on tackles. Then when the news broke, I just assumed that it was him. My bad. The point still stands, the Edmunds brothers are physical specimens that don’t love to tackle.
  10. Edmunds has no instincts. I don’t think that’s something you develop either, it’s innate. His brother plays the same way, and Pittsburgh ran out of patience and cut him. Oliver is a fine rotational player, but he was massively over drafted.
  11. That’s right, Klein isn’t covering anyone. But I’m not interested in overpaying Milano because you don’t want to throw Dean Marlowe or whoever onto the field on 3rd and long.
  12. Just get me a RB that defenses feel like they need to account for. It will open up so much. This offense became far too predictable by the end.
  13. I wish I had a better grasp of the cap implications, but I will say that even though Milano had been a beast in previous seasons, he was not very impactful this year. Once Klein got his head wrapped around the defense, there wasn’t much of a drop off. I would not pay Milano big $$$. IMO, McKenzie, Feliciano, and Marlowe are absolutely guys that need to return.
  14. That’s why we drafted Oliver. Hasn’t quite panned out. Beane has his work cut out on improving the defense this year. It’s going to be tough.
  15. We don’t have defenders that can matchup with their playmakers. That includes Tre. He’s not the problem, obviously, but you have to be honest about what we have.
  16. 100%. Go get a RB that can keep defenses honest. Watching Yeldon catch a ball out of the flat yesterday and run straight into a CB that was being blocked was so depressing. What should’ve been a 30 yard gain was a 6 yard gain. A dynamic RB would’ve changed a lot yesterday.
  17. And this guy was passed over 95 times and he doesn't even have an excuse.
  18. Please tell me you think this guy is better than Mo Hurst. Please.
  19. Thought I heard "most", but I'll take your word for it. I'm a Michigan fan and he is such a great player. Maybe the best d-lineman I can remember for the wolverines. I just hope the best for the guy.
  20. Mayock just said he's completely off of most teams boards.
  21. I went back and watched some of the games that have some really bad stat lines, and was completely surprised. His WRs are truly awful. I didn't want to apologize for this kid, but he had a 9 completion game where he threw for 92 yards, and you can tell he's a great QB. It shouldn't make sense, but it's true.
  22. Someone doesn't know the first thing about leadership...
  23. He wouldn't need to talk to him if he didn't think it was racist. This isn't hard.
