  1. I just watched some video on Nassib, after not watching him play much. please no on this kid before the 4th round. the positives -he seems like he has some good arm strength -he is mobile enough, but not a burner, -seems to not be afraid of anybody on the field -he is ok at throwing on the run the negatives -his accuracy is skeptical although he does a lot of throwing on the run. there are a few nice balls, but sets his receivers up to get killed or very little run after catch -he seems to operate in a single read system. if it't not there he hesitates. rarely finds another reciever -pocket presence is pretty poor. takes sacks with just a little pressure or extra rusher i did really like that wr lemon. quite solid
  2. watched McCarron last night very closely for the first time. kid has tremendous pocket presence. quite mobile, and placed some balls where only his wr could get it. there where some long balls that would be nice to get back, but those are low percentage throws, and arms strength is not an issue. sign me up in 2014 for this kid
  3. i wasnt very familiar with Nassib, but started watching some video. if he is there in the 4th or later go for it. he seems like a kid with a good arm, can move if he has to, and not afraid of anybody. on a negative note, i saw a kid who has poor pocket presence and is a first read qb. his accuracy may be ok, he does do a lot of throwing on the run. he hits some receivers perfectly but also sets them up to get killed sometimes. the real star on that roster is that wr lemon
  4. not sure how i feel about this. not sure of his influence with the jets. also not sure how i feel about the 34
  5. Even when the team doctor said he was worried about RG3's health to USA Today
  6. Oh man why isn't warrow getting these texts too. Bummer man
  7. guarantee? i will tell you about guarantee http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cf4C9ssuPjE
  8. You are aware that the new salary cap rules had zero effect on the bills salary cap? Our cash to cap model allows us to spend easily the minimum. Very few teams where forced to change any spending habits. The bills are generally right around average for salaries in the league. Curious as to your point here about Buddy controlling all spending here? Found the problem. You think that all teams have to spend the salary cap in full. False. I think it is 90% of the cap.
  9. Will be a long day for fitzy if this ol can't hold for long than a second and a half. I hate to say it but we have to get the pass to set up te run an spread this d out. At least it looks that way so far
  10. How do players get better if they keep losing? So we stop coaching? Athletes stop progressing? The bills could have the first 22 picks in the upcoming draft and be in the same place they are today
  11. This is mostly because as much as we like to tout our new line it is quite average. Fitz is getting mauled a lot because he has less protection. Brady simply has more time. A better stat would be percentage of contacts to qb are flagged
  12. what is gained in terms of team success and locker room is far greater than the difference between the 10th and 15th pick in the draft. there are generally pretty good linebackers in the mid to bottom of the first round. 8-8 would mean we are getting better and players can buy into that, not 14 years of garbage you should be ashamed of this logic. we need to see the long term, and blow the rest of the season, just like every other successful team....just like indy, and..... name another one? hows st. louis doing as what seems to be a perennial top 3 draft pick every year as of late. since the greatest show on turf, they have been cruising secretly stock-piling talent, waiting for the perfect moment to go 16-0?
  13. i hate this. ugh. stop watching and commenting if you want them to lose. makes no sense
  14. What about interceptions and fumbles in the redzone? Does the offense still get 3 points? Would it more sense to just take the ball to the one and accept 3 points and stick bad field position? Why eliminate kickers but not punters? What if you intercept a pass with a team backed up into their own redzone? Can you just take 3 points and let them go again just give them the ball back? Are you jus trolling? This doesn't make sense.
  15. It's just kind of ****ty to talk about the death of a man, less than 24 hours ago, and point the finger at him. The events of last night are sad, with no intention of escalating into what they did. To blame him this soon after his death for putting himself into that situation is no different than blaming the victim of a date rape for being at a party.
  16. Pretty ****ty response to what seems to be a tragedy.
  17. Watching CJ run in the fourth was so frustrating. Literally a drive killer on multiple occasions
  18. Spiller stalled out in the second half. Especially the 4th quarter. He was the spiller of old. Didn't take what was given, bounced it it for serious losses on multiple occasions. He was a drive killer at points in the 4th, leaving us with 3rd and 10+ after a second and 5. It was pretty frustrating Spiller and Fitz at times heighten what I think is an over rated offensive line. Still above average, just not great
  19. However bad the Bills are, Chan has figured out how to play the Pats. How to put up points and we are keeping it close generally. I know there have been some bad moments but it has taken colossal defensive break downs for the Pats to beat us under Gailey. Pats at home or on the road is not the walk in the park it has been for them in the past. That said he can't seem to beat the Jets
  20. i think at times we like to think the oline is better than it is. fitz got mauled out there yesterday. he gets the ball out so quick they we miss alot of sacks. he took a beating out there yesterday. if we took more shots down the field those 10 knock downs turn into sacks. fitz played well sunday, he was not the problem. sure we should have run more, but we held with a great team, and just got out played. reasonable loss
  21. I actually know a guy who works with an architecture/development company who is currently working with the Bills and Erie County. There will be no new stadium. It will stay in Orchard Park. Erie County is fine with paying for a large portion of the renovations, they are working together in getting the renovations worked out before they do anything else.
