  1. I should have known...
  2. That is what I'm thinking at this early juncture. Aside from a Brady season ending injury, not that I'm hoping for that or anything...
  3. What's McDermott going to do besides clap uncontrollably?
  4. If the Patriots are supposed to get even better when AB joins them, is it even worth watching football?
  5. Funny thing is some posters think JA is comparable to Big Ben. That is an insult to Josh's athletic ability.
  6. That kind of looks like what's happening to Pittsburgh. I mean, is it that different?
  7. Tom's going to end up regretting that offer, for multiple reasons...
  8. Pittsburgh will continue their tradition of getting handled by the Patriots
  9. Took the Seahawks, who beat the Bengals 21-20. Too close for comfort...was expecting a blowout.
  10. Solid B from me. Did what he needed to do, stayed composed, and won the game. Some poor decisions called back because the Jets are not that disciplined.
  11. Like what I saw in Brown and Singletary. Can't wait for Beasley to add to the mix.
  12. Ford is a rookie and still needs more time to develop into the RT they think he can be. Jets defensive line is very good, plus Greggo is a good DC. Our o-line is much better than last year. It should only get better.
  13. Not worried about Beasley. He'll be fine.
  14. I ask because you can't count on the opposing teams' best player(s) to be injured in order to win. Mosely scored a TD in the first quarter off an interception and was all over the field in the first quarter. Mosely was a force; not having him hurt the Jets in the second half. They did show a lot of poise and resilience to overcome a terrible first half and win. No way will I take away the importance of winning an opening day game against a division rival on the road. I expect a victory against the Giants next week.
  15. What happens when you try running out the clock vs NE or KC when you're up ONLY 1 POINT? I think, at least hope, you know the answer.
  16. It's good to get a win against a division rival on the road, but yeah, they need to be MUCH better going forward. Otherwise, it will be painful against teams like NE x2, Philly, Dallas, Pitt, and Balt. McD still needs to be better. Go for some points up only 1 in the 4th quarter, you can't count on a 1 point lead to win a game.
  17. This is what I think. We're also lucky Crowder didn't do more damage than he did. We had no answer for Crowder.
  18. Good point. Their kicker will probably be cut tomorrow.
  19. So would the Bills still have won if CJ Mosely didn't get injured? Interested to hear some opinions on this.
  20. Would have made no sense to put Barkley in. JA just needs a little more experience. Pulling him for a backup would be counterproductive.
  21. Have to agree with this. Fortunately we played a mediocre team in the Jets. If we played NE, KC, either LA team, etc, we would have got crushed.
  22. Huge point. Spot on.
  23. Good point. Comeback was excellent. First half was sloppy. All of which is why this team seems to be resilient.
  24. A win's a win...as sloppy as it is. At least this team is resilient.
  25. Murphy finally does something
