  1. Freelund and her segment on NFLN has been discussed a couple of months ago. She's not much different than any other expert (analytic, coach, retired pro, etc) who makes predictions on any other network. I mean, I'd rather watch her than Michael Irvin. Amirite?
  2. Why is Michael Irvin allowed on national TV wearing Pepto Bismol puke suits? Looks atrocious.
  3. Yep. Lawson and Hughes should start at DE; Lawson has earned the spot at this early point with his play last week. Murphy is a third down/pass rushing/rotational DE at best.
  4. Gregg needs to stay around long enough to take a cheap shot on Brady. After that, Greggo can be suspended.
  5. Actually, no I completely missed that reference. Touché
  6. I’ll take the rings, just as long as they’re won by not cheating. Not sure how Pats fans can be proud of a couple of their SBs
  7. we can only hope and be so lucky. You seem to know a lot about certain activities in Nevada. Just an observation.
  8. Barkley is the wheel that drives the NYG offensive machine. Take him away and they'll struggle.
  9. They job the NFL rules, in some form or another, every year...and get away with it.
  10. The bolded concerns me. These guys don't seem to adjust to the opponent the way Belichick does. There may be a few wrinkles here and there, but for the most part, it is the same from week to week.
  11. Or did the Pats look better than they really are against a sorry looking Steeler team?
  12. Flacco is still a statue in the pocket and looks worse than he did in Baltimore. Raiders actually look like a potentially decent football team.
  13. Get rid of that first down cam, kind of useless
  14. Houston looking real good. Don't seem to be missing Clowney.
  15. I thought Knox was asked to block in college, though according to him he can do more.
  16. He makes it through the season and is back next year.
  17. His game management skills aren't much better.
  18. The WR can't run into the defender. I think that is why the official threw the flag. Al Michaels made the point that all you have to do is get the defender to side step and disrupt his momentum.
  19. Oh, I agree. I left out having the personnel (including coaching staff) that have the skill and ability to beat the NE offense, which is extremely efficient and run perfectly by Brady. It is very difficult to defend, which goes a long way to explaining why few can do so. I hate the Pats, too. They suck the fun out of football.
  20. You have to beat him rushing four, essentially. The d-linemen also has to get their hands up when Brady throws. Also have to be physical with their receivers to disrupt the timing. The Ravens, Giants, and Broncos, Eagles, and Rams have done it. The blueprint is out there, though it is amazing how few teams want to try, or can, emulate it.
  21. Yes, Al, it won't happen again. The question is: when does it end? It's like Freddie Kruger, the nightmare won't go away.
  22. It's all they need. Not many can stop their short, timing passes.
  23. All they really have is James Connor. After him, not much. On another note, Tomlin is just another coach who is like a deer in headlights against Belichick.
