Not going to win many ball games scoring 13 points -
BFSD, good analysis in my opinion, especially the last sentence. Go Bills!

We are heading into a 12-5 season, maybe better.

A Not So Trivia Trivia Question
RevWarRifleman replied to RevWarRifleman's topic in The Stadium Wall
So true, Rubes, especially about the 13 seconds. -
The other day, something reminded me of that old Lou Saban half time speech that NFL Films used to showed: "You can get it done. You can get it done. What's worse, you GOTTA get it done!!! What team were the Bills playing and, did the Bills "get it done" and win that game?

That was the album that made me a lifetime fan! Back in the day, that album was Given to me by a guy that was in the next room from me in the barracks when I was in the Air Force. I was playing lots of Led Zepplin back in 1971 & he thought I'd like Beck's "Truth" album. Boy, was he right. I still play it from time to time.

Good one Augie! -
Roger that, especially the O line part. I'd like to see a little more of a running game too by a running back, not by Josh so much.

Amen to that! -
We sure did, and they were great. Now it's time to get that Super Bowl W. Go Bills!
-
Amen to that Marcus. I'm 74 and I feel that this is our best shot for a SB win with this team/coaching and such. Many of us Boomers know that this is the time. This is the best Bills team as well as coaching in years. Lets get it done. That's my 2 cents.

So true. There were years that I felt he wasn't getting his due and that the country was too tunnel visioned on Clapton & Page. Like there were no other guitarists even close to those two.
-
Oh Jeff! We will miss you dearly. I enjoyed the Yard Birds and such, but the album that made me a life time fan was Truth. Rod Stewart on vocals and Jeff with his guitar. I was a lifetime fan from then on. Went to his concert in Rochester back in '75. God bless you Jeff. Thanks big time for all the great music you gave us. You will be missed.

Ladies & gentleman, this young man is what it's all about. All through our lives we don't know what's in store for us just around the next corner in life. It's how we deal with it that really shows who we are. No, Damar might not ever play football again, but we must keep our head up and still be at our best as we go through the rest of our life. THAT'S what it's all about. I'm very proud of this young man! God bless you, Damar! You're a hero in my eyes.

Gulp, I'm for that, Chandler. Go Bills!!
-
Ahhhh Chandler. We seem to be about the same age. Do you think we'll see a Bills S B win before go to heaven?

RevWarRifleman replied to Buffalo03's topic in The Stadium Wall
I'm with you Buffalo03. It wasn't pretty, but we got the W. Now on to NY with the Jets this Sunday. -
Came on the message board in 2010. I was with a reenacting unit on the American side as a rifleman, who the British would often refer to them as "Those darn Shirt men"!!! Only they didn't say "darn". That's it. plane & simple. Go Bills!!!
