  1. To be fair, in this age of politics, the opposition will always obstruct.
  2. I thought he was improving with that under Gailey, but then regressed in that regard under Marrone. Hm...
  3. Complex to me reads that the blocking scheme is complex... the RB probably just needs to be taught where the hole is gonna be, and that's about it.
  4. I don't mind the new orange... but the old dog logo is way better than the cartoon/dawg pound logo.
  5. We tend to beat ourselves more often than not, so that's what I'm sticking with!
  6. At this point, Republicans should just continue pushing things that Obama will veto, to build up support among voters. President Jeb Bush will push through all the socially popular things, and life will be wonderful... or something.
  7. Our biggest rival is ourselves.
  8. Our screen designs were pretty bad in general, I think we only had a handful of successful ones, from what I recall.
  9. I would be shocked if any OC did that.
  10. I'm declaring it in this universe. Manuel is better. Geno puts up huge numbers from time to time, I totally agree. But EJ, right now, is more consistent (which isn't saying a lot), and makes significantly better decisions with the ball. Both QBs need more time to develop, and neither is a bust yet in my book.
  11. I really appreciate that he appears to want to stay here. I'm all for keeping him IF we use him in a way that makes sense. If we go back to spreading the field out on plays we use him (either run or pass), awesome. If we stuff him into a stacked box, then we really should get another RB.
  12. Kinda glad... I see him as another Kolb. Might be good, and might get it done for us, but incredibly risky. I'd rather roll the dice and develop EJ, frankly.
  13. The NFL on multiple occasions said the Bills must build a new stadium... so I think that's basically the final word on it. The SW waterfront in DC was a pretty sketchy area, when the stadium was announced, constructed, and opened, all sorts of new construction popped up, along with new businesses. The area is completely different compared to 10 years ago.
  14. Wait... EJ and Geno are a draw so far? Well, ok.
  15. The media tends to, over the course of the offseason, give everyone a little love, so they can go back during the season and say they predicted success.
  16. Money and power corrupt, sadly.
  17. Nah, I'm mostly liberal leaning, but I see both the Democrats and Republicans to be a part of the same corrupt system.
  18. The book has yet to be written on Wilson and Luck, also... both are still wildly inconsistent. (not a slam, just that they're young)
  19. Not my name, so I have to assume not.
  20. Note on representation... our "representatives" rarely actually represent the voting populace, but rather they represent the people and companies that line their pockets with money. This is both a liberal and conservative issue.
  21. http://www.nytimes.com/2015/02/22/us/ties-to-corporate-cash-for-climate-change-researcher-Wei-Hock-Soon.html Sucks when science is possibly tainted... Edit: Please note, that I'm not insinuating that the "other side" is without tainted science.
  22. If the defense is an elite unit, and the offensive struggles then of course, move on. Absolutely agree.
  23. Maybe. If he has a breakout year and goes to the Pro Bowl, and we finish 7-9, because the defense sucks for some reason... what do you do? That's basically why I fall back on, if he shows improvement in his game, and is trending up, then we continue. If he's plateued, then you clearly move on. I'd love to see him get a full 16 game season with a decent offensive system. Edit: Sorry, keep adding comments
