    All these long posts about whether he's done a good job or not... I come back to the fact that we have gone from perpetual 6-10, to 9-7 with a lineup of crap coaches. To me that speaks for player talent. The worst thing I have to say about him is if he thought Marrone was a good hire.

    I said this could happen early in the offseason and was basically told I'm an idiot. It makes business sense to cut him, and feature Brown, and another younger, cheaper RB, as the full RB corps with McCoy. It sucks, because FredEx is awesome, and the heart of this team in many ways. I hope we can retain him as a coach in some way, but I bet he'll find a spot on another team.

    Chemistry and leadership are huge assets. Having a team of allstars doesn't mean a whole lot if you can't mix the ingredients right.

    Love Fred, but if I'm the Bills, I dont extend him unless he can show value on the field. I really want him to stay with the organization in some way though.

    If Cassel wins out, then we have a guy who can manage games with a strong D and run offense, as we've seen in the past. That's not a bad base level. If EJ wins out, then we are in even better condition. Win win, really.

    It really depends on who we are bidding against... we have room, but not the most room. We're willing to pay, but not too much, whereas someone like the Jags can pay basically anything. Keeping my fingers crossed!

    As of right now, we have three starting spots available on defense... So yeah I'm getting a little concerned. Hopefully we continue to be aggressive in building talent. Our offense probably won't be good enough to get it done with a middle of the road defense.
