  1. Alright then who is going get home for us when we need it? Not being snarky, seriously, what’s the vision of pass rush look like?
  2. The take is fairly straightforward. Not meant to imply importance to the first preseason game (or any preseason game), merely to question whether the thing that has held us back in the playoffs will be any different.
  3. Obviously, we didn’t disrupt Wilson doing it vanilla. But even with various stunts, it’s not going to get home. Will we blitz this year?
  4. Andy & Patrick are good and it’s a coaching and QB league so somebody is going to have to beat them and it’s sort of looking like us or the Ravens. So really those trends mean little compared to the two most important: - Bills Swiss cheese defense in playoffs - Ravens choke job in playoffs
  5. They probably can set up a foundation and donate to the team then have the team cover at least sone of that stuff and it would be ok
  6. Wish we had one of those QBs that preferred to throw it at guarded guys
  7. Ted Lasso? That you?
  8. I’m being a little hyperbolic here to make a point. And you’re right, he did do 28 at the combine that’s damn good. I do bet he can’t do that now though. I only say this because I saw him mention this in an interview, that he’ll never do it.
  9. First, he’s fat in some of those photos. Yes. Second, upper body workouts are not good for QBs. Chest. Arms. They rarely build because it doesn’t help, they need to be “rubber bandy” and muscle bulk takes that away. Many of us probably bench more than Josh (he doesn’t, at all, ever). Don’t get me wrong, he probably hex bar squats twice what any of us do…but point is these guys aren’t building an upper body that’s meant to look good they’re building a strong lower body and an upper body that twists and has rubbery arm. Third, when you play QB your attractive so they don’t need worry about women like us message board guys. We should all probably go hit the gym about now and stop talking about Mahomes
  10. I don’t think many Bills fans felt we would have won that game. We can’t stop a nose bleed. It’s fair to call a deep playoff run and loss or ceiling until we finally win it, which is still proving to be our white whale. Common trait among the youth
  11. I get as down as anyone when Keon doesn’t perform but he’s a rookie, late pick the the round and our offense is usually really damn good. So I am happy rooting for the kid to have a solid career and anything else is gravy.
  12. DVOA against Mahomes is all that matter ms, brothers
  13. Peacock is what drives me up the wall. Who the hell has Peacock?!
  14. He could be bigger but I’m pretty sure a PCL tear isn’t something you lift your way out of … ***** happens he’ll be great we’ve all seen him move it’s no joke you can tell he’s different
  15. Trench warfare is most closely associated with the 20th century
  16. Just a fun topic on a message board. However, it is probably a near future trend (if not current) that will benefit early adopters (that get it right). It works well enough now that, with the right resources, something could be put in place that adds value by helping generate ideas for game-plan and even in real time. Obviously it’s not going to call the plays autonomously. It can crush the best minds in chess it could at least add occasional value in football. And if it can do that now then getting going learning/developing now will inevitably lead to a real competitive advantage at some later.
  17. My guess is the Chiefs would score less points in playoffs if a custom ChatGPT was analyzing that game. I know it can get us out of a soft zone or at least stop running sneaks after a while….
  18. free agency we will see how the fit works
  19. The NFL will still use their secretly developed gravitational wave technology to rig first down spots undetectable by the virtual measuring tool. They are unaware aliens will see this signal in 3 years and invade.
  20. I don’t think Josh is going to become particularly cerebral
  21. RBs are the most replaceable position and they break down quick. It’s nothing personal. There’s a reason the market is as it is for RBs.
  22. I trust Bean to be smart about these issues. Ideally we balance things and pay him well, keep him, show other players you can earn in Buffalo, but also don’t destroy our cap. If not then I trust we’ll move on.
