Who cares about season yards. 1. We got lucky against a then-good Baltimore team after being dominated. 2. We pounded a pathetic Jets team. 3. We pulled away at the end after a pretty even game against the bad Dolphins. 4. We beat a horrible Saints team, not that badly. 5. Pats took our crown while @Buf 6. Demolished by the Falcons, who suck. Could have been far worse loss. Still bad loss. 7. Destroyed the not so good Panthers. They’re up and down, they didn’t have it that day. That was a bad team that day. We just ran a toss play. 8. Beat the Chiefs. Not your fathers Chiefs. 9. Got crushed by the horrible Dolphins. Embarrassing. 10. Good win at home against the Bucs. Gave up over 30 points though, to a team with best weapons out hurt. 11. Utterly destroyed by Texas. Score is misleading. 12. Gave the death blow to an already dying Steelers team that may be the worst team in the league right now. Our best win remains week 1 fluke to come back and beat the Ravens when they gave us the ball back at the end. They were good then, but their defense still sucked. I guess the Bucs win was ok but man did the defense suck. That’s about it. Those are our noteworthy accomplishments, a fluke comeback in week 1 and a shootout at home against a very injured Bucs team. In between, we had some games we won and lost, quite a few very bad losses. Don’t tell me about yards. Tell me we’ve had our asses kicked several times and had very few (perhaps none) truly impressive wins. Go Bills! Let’s get hot and win the SB the year we suck somehow!

Let’s talk about this Drake “marvelous “ Maye 😅

Except look at what the first place schedule is shaping up to look like -
I hear your point and know what you mean about Brady, but let’s be honest the issue is both.

Can you go to the back up tackles for a drive? I know the answer is likely “no, we would never do that.” But those guys looked like some big, mean, fresh bodies. We are going to have to run to win, every edge seems necessary in the run game. We rotate guys almost every play on the DLine. It’s been a long season, Dawkins and Brown are banged up, they’ll both be available asap but a lightened load seems like a good idea at least for a while? Just seemed like our depth at Oline showed itself as a good thing we have, wish we could use it strategically and not just when necessary.

Honestly I’d love to just run toss or duo or both 5 million times and man handle them in NE. When it comes to 2 weeks from now, I want to win running the same play over and over. I want to just go block their asses up and down the field and run over their silly assumption they can do anything this time of year. Whatever comes of the records, the division, the seeds…we can take their soul in two weeks. In a way that lasts through the playoffs even if they hold on to the division. Attn Pats fans: Your soul is mine PS: probably need to pass against Joe and Cinci so ok with a win their regardless of soul taking

Josh obviously ***** talks and knees and acts and all of it. That dude is dumb
-
QB has a broken leg. They’re done
-
At some point so be it…he’s a football player we need to win
-
Yea, Josh absolutely should keep running around it’s the biggest reason he’s been great. So what if he takes bad sacks against Houston. Give the devil its due, Houston is pretty good on D.

What does "Complementary Football" mean in Bills Coachspeak?
dayman replied to Chaos's topic in The Stadium Wall
Dad dropped a complementary after the game today. It’s coming speak in the league it just means you put the other phases in good spots. I.e., everyone plays well and if someone messes up someone else makes a play and bails them out. -
Count me in. We can hate on everything Bean does or we can just be happy to try a new guy. It won’t take much to help. Help is good.

It’s the NFL. I wouldn’t address it at all if I were you. In terms of the topic, I agree. IF we can find some type of flow in the next 6 weeks and be decent we certainly could beat anyone in the AFC. It is very disappointing that we’ll have to go on the road given our offense seems to be horrible on the road but then again that’s part of finding a flow. We need Kincaid healthy, we need the OL healthy, we need Josh running and creating dual threat, we need Brady to have better game plans. On defense I’m not really sure what we can do other than hope to god we get a little healthier and create some turnovers. The top teams don’t have amazing QBs. Hopefully matchups help the D. All is not lost we just need to change our perspective as fans from SB bound to happy to have a chance.

We need guys that get off blocks. We need guys that tackle. We need guys that cover. We need everything. PS: we need guys that rush passer and we need guys that absorb blockers in the middle -

mot everyone has a good one we do -
We’ve been hurt, sure. We’ve also been a contain/bend but don’t break that always broke. I dont hate McD. I don’t even blame him primarily. Don’t say we’ve had a great D though. Not true.

Bishop looks pretty good now though
-
Those years it was paper tiger though. Could keep a lid on average teams, never stopped a nose bleed in the playoffs. Never rushed the passer. Also got a lot of turnovers which is, at least in part, always a fluky thing when you have a streak like that. It was never a great defense, those of us that watched know that.
