  1. This is the dumbest thread ever. Winning the Super Bowl requires an excellent TEAM. Arguing about which positions are most important is an exercise in futility. Great teams require great players, but I guess that is too simple of a concept.
  2. That's heavy brother. Well said.
  3. Not a very good point considering the Bills lost that game also.
  4. Your response once again includes two incorrect assumptions. Well done.
  5. I could not agree more. When you watch POOR D-line play all season, these college linemen appear better than what they really are at first. But yeah, the shine has worn off for me and I am left with the same desire for best available player, regardless of which side of the ball that may be.
  6. Stop being a b**** and start rooting for another team already. Gailey has stated NUMEROUS times already that they will run multiple fronts on defense, and if you truly believe the rest of your babbling then why not pull for another team. It's only football dude.
  7. Lynch is not a great RB, he isn't even good. The fact that we got a draft pick out of the deal is cool in my book. When I saw the highlight, I recognized that it was a great play, but was not impressed. The young man, if he was truly committed to it, could be a great player. However, the term beast mode to me always signified his motivational duplicity. Sometimes he would decide to be beast mode, and other times...........laugh on the sidelines after a fumble.
  8. Since Spiller is the new water bug back, how about a legitement comparison with other water bugs.
  9. Are unwilling or unable my only choices here?
  10. Of course, in almost 3 hours, no one has answered my question. If Evans s**** so bad, how do you think he would do on any of the current playoff teams next year? How would you project his performance if Brady, Brees, Mannning, Vick or Matt Ryan were throwing him passes?
  11. If Lee was traded to ANY of the playoff teams in the offseason, what do you think his numbers would be? If you think that he s**** so badly, then it probably would not matter if Brady, Manning, or Rapelessburger were throwing him passes against us, right?
  12. I don't believe it. The word around here is that Ralph is cheap and does not care about winning. Something smells fishy around here.
  13. Facts are getting really hard to come by around here. A big reason that we whiffed on most of these 1st round picks is a combination of two flawed philosophies. Picking based on perceived NEED and whether that player fits in a SYSTEM. Getting good football players in the draft is hard enough without further compounding the challenge with applying a narrow minded philosophy in terms of how you are willing to even utilize said player.
  14. He would truly enhance this team's defense. If we have to chase TEs in our division a guy like this will add a safety to covering another playmaker.
  15. Nice voice of reason. This is the least talented Bills team that I have ever seen in my lifetime. This coming season will be extremely telling in terms of where this team is headed.
  16. Where is the proof that this was the truth?
  17. I hear you. Maybe I am to optimistic about our secondary's potential, but I feel that a big time D-line, even at the expense of losing a couple of FA dbs, will turn this defense around.
  18. I just hope Andre Reed finally gets in. I have a soft spot for Terell Davis also. He was just awesome.
  19. The word "liked" is about as vague as it gets when you claim that a team "likes" a player.
  20. Perhaps you should have started off your analysis by first explaining the difference between a business model and a professional football team. I was not aware that you could separate the two.
  21. I am sorry, but to assume that WINNING a lot of football games in a single season does not occur to current management as being the root of all future success is a reach. Winning fixes everything.
  22. It seems that everyone on this board, myself included, is convinced that WE need a top 10 QB in place to win a Super Bowl. Yet somehow you expect a popular college coach to ignore that reality. I've never heard of a Hall of Fame Coach who did not also have a Hall of Fame QB. If a coach has the burning desire to win, why ignore a teams chances of getting the right talent to win?
