  1. Yesterday in my opinion was the beginning of the playoffs for the Bills. I want to say a real playoff game at the Ralph in the worst way. 14-2 anyone?
  2. When you put it like that, Whitner actually played his role at a very high level.
  3. Merriman will be back next year. The financial commitment exists even if we cut him. I wish him the best.
  4. I really wish Merriman well. The man's health is what it is. I doubt that this is the last we will see him in a Bills uniform.
  5. We appear strong at safety right now. Corner help would be nice though. I hope McKelvin stays in the Nickel.
  6. I am a very happy Bills fan these days. This team is definitely on the rise.
  7. The sexually repressed confound me every time. It's only sex. Two single people smiling in a photo is not a crime. Perhaps writing such an article and being paid for it should be.
  8. I am very happy that you are not the head coach.
  9. You are what your record says you are. 4 and 2 makes me smile. For those that chose to frown about it, I say good. People who chose to be unhappy tend to be unhappy, which makes me laugh.
  10. Stevie beat his man twice. If you can't tell the difference between good coverage and bad throws than drink less during the game. Stevie had to hit the brakes hard on both of those throws. If the passes were accurate, Stevie would have been 5 or 6 yards past Webster. Not good coverage.
  11. The irony is that when you follow what some would call conventional wisdom, you fall into what is predictable. The announcers even stated that the defenses conventional wisdom is to load up on stuffing the run and playing man coverage on the outside. JG had no faith in Romo, and thus, in his own way (based on fear mind you), forfeited the game by running the ball in a situation that all NFL defenses prepare for in a similar fashion. Some people apparently would prefer a Steve Fairchild approach. I don't see the logic in doing what the defense is obviously prepared to stop. Fitz throws a proper pass in that situation, everything changes from that point moving forward. It was a terrible pass both times. Excluding the 80 yarder, #22 was shut down.
  12. If you are going to watch football, you should first turn on the TV set. If you're eyes fail to capture reality, I would suggest following politics instead.
  13. Shirley, you can't be serious? And yes, I will call you Shirley.
  14. Fortunately he will be back, and from the looks of it, right when we will be looking to make our final run into the playoffs.
  15. If we actually do make a trade for Reggie Wayne, I for one would be happy with this. He would make us better than we are now. With some of the players getting back from injury in the near future, it also makes us better later. At 4-1, you have to continue to act as a playoff team looking to get better.
  16. A win is a win, I don't care how.
  17. But Hairston wasn't a 1st round pick...
  18. Sounds like someone is choking on their French Cries. 4-1 and someone still bellyaches. I love it.
  19. You people crack me up. I mute the TV and crank some music. It so easy a cave man can do it...
  20. I don't think you know what double coverage even looks like. Neither one gets doubled that much. Jones is clearly more physical at the line.
