  1. As we've added quality links to the defensive chain, the weak links become all the more obvious. I don't hate Kelsay, but damn, we really need someone to step up and out play him for the job. My disappointment is solely in the fact that it has not happened. Yet.
  2. The most foolish part is what he thought in reason #5, and then wonders why White did not stand out.
  3. Nothing at all?
  4. Calloway will not be a decent RT.
  5. Because they didn't cut or trade him yet. Does that answer your question?
  6. Let's not get carried away with the individual pat on their backs. These men played like a cohesive unit up front. Seeing so many of our defenders flying around their qb was euphoric. Our run blocking unfortunately would snap me out of it in a hurry.
  7. Well said, and now most importantly, what exactly are you going to do about? Post more?
  8. You act as if no one else will be on the field with Stevie.
  9. Great idea to start a thread about.....
  10. We were 4-12 with Lee. Maybe without him we get Luck-y. Or maybe someone steps up. I think someone will step up big time. We just don't know their name yet.
  11. He certainly did, but now it's time for these young guys to seize the opportunity. I have faith that the competition to play opposite Stevie will be fierce, and that one of these guys by season's end will actually be pretty good.
  12. Brilliant logic. I have been a big Lee Evans fan forever, and as a fan I am extremely disappointed that we lost him. However, emotions aside, this is a wise move. Evans lacks a vital quality that this team needs at WO, physicality. He is a small player who never beats the jam against our divisional rivals, and never got open underneath. It is what it is now.
  13. This is my proof that we live in a communist country! This man has no freedom! Have you ever heard of fluoridation?
  14. There is iron in your words.
  15. Could not agree more. Spiller and Evans would both light it up on that team.
  16. Ben Dover, Adcock, Justin Case, they are all playmakers in my book.
  17. My biggest fear in regards to cutting Lee is the fact that the Jets or the Pats would likely swoop in. If that were to happen I feel that we would all be reevaluating how good Lee Evans really is.
  18. I believe he has one more corner to make and he'll be out the door. 2 more corners after that, he'll be on the freeway. 5 more corners he'll be sitting in a plane. One more corner and he will be out of Buffalo for good.
  19. I wonder, what kind of season would Lee have if we cut him in the preseason just to see the Pats sign him? Given their penchant for good pass protection, I would think that Lee would be quite productive with Brady throwing to him.
  20. Charles Manson believes in global warming, which is why I don't. Hitler was a vegetarian, which is why I don't trust vegetarians. I think we share the same logic.
  21. The fact that you can't understand it is proof enough.
  22. Word on the street is that Moorman will be cut soon, and that we will be scrapping the punt coverage unit in favor of a pure, go for it on 4th offense. The punter would be replaced with another wide receiver on the roster. Our Brad Smith lead screen/ wildcat/ running/ play action/ no-huddle game will resemble the vaunted Harlem Globe Trotters offense of the early eighties. Take it to the bank.
  23. If our pass protection is no better than what we had last year then I say trade him.
  24. Small cans and a big azzzzzzz!!!! WWHHHOOOOOOOO!!!!!
  25. That's quite a stable of returners. Thanks for listing them, the return game isn't something I've been focusing on. I remember a day when special teams and defense alone would get us a few TDs.
