San Francisco !! Hands down !! They lost way to many players & have had way to many changes in coaching to do any thing compared to last year. If they do have a winning record it will be amazing ! I would say Jacksonville will be a ton better than them !! Oh & Washington has a good chance to tie them .

And with the way that Whaley & company are brining in centers E. Wood should be paying attention because once these guys get up to speed he could be the next change along the line. Not only to upgrade but to add some cap room to sign the others that are up for a new contract !

I Get it, I get it, Fred is one of the best Bills we have had here since the glory days & I get why Fred is pissed, but this is something the Pats do all the time ! They cut, waive, or trade players that have been with the team before they are completely useless to other teams to advance with younger players to keep the team relevant . Although it is a tough pill to swallow for all concerned i think it will prove that Whaley & company have the teams future best interest in mind . But only time will tell, and time heals all wounds !! Thanks Fred for all you have given to the Bills & Buffalo !! I will still be routing for you !!!!!!!!!!

Just by watching EJ this year he is still on the up ward climb in his talent & he is learning how to be a NFL QB . His upside is 3 times that of Cassel & the money saved is more than that of which would be saved by cutting EJ , so i see Cassel gone when the next round of cuts come around ! Not to mention Cassel did little to impress while on the field during this preseason .

Now that the first of the cuts have come down & the Bills are in all phases of a new start by cutting the eldest veteran & most beloved Bill, how far will these players take the Bills ? Will "Tyrod end" - the Bills play off drought ? Can Tyrod, Sammy, & Leshon be the spark plug to put the Bills motor in high gear to take them from the NFL junk yard to the show room floor with the hood ornament on this NFL sports car being the Lombardy trophy ? Was Tyrod - Taylor Made for this opportunity ? (this one was for you golf fans) Will the Bills be the shiny new sports car of the NFL like they were with Kelly & the boys speedily running up & down the field scoring almost at will with Leshon, Watkins, & Tyrod leading the way ? Cassel is the Edsel of this group & i don't see him making the final 53 . Rex said he was going to keep 3 QB's. I think he will but i believe with Whaley & company needing all the cash they can get their hands on to keep Marcel in a Bills uni & try to sign others to new contracts they will be able to save another $4.5 mil added to the $2.5 mil saved by cutting Fred to add to the kiddy for said players . They have to pay EJ any way because his deal is guaranteed & with his performance the other night he has shown he's capable of being a good back up . Maybe not a BMW or Mercedes, but a Caddy to say the least . Making this Bills team the shiniest new toy on this years NFL lot !!

Leshon is use to this kind of pressure being the lead guy, I would say the pressure is on the rest of the backs !! Some one now has to step up & be the pass blocking back now that Freddy is gone.

Roman was one of the top HC ing names this year . In fact he was one that the Pegula's & Whaley interviewed before Rex, so i see him being the top name in next years coaching carousel . As always the Bills will be making yet another year to year coaching change !! Unless Terry makes it worth his while to stay !! Go Terry ! Go Terry ! BRILLIANT !!

It's really to bad cause this guy is just the kind of guy the Bills need & want on this team but he is like a fighter with a glass jaw . I don't see him making the team . The only way is if he is the one player designated to come back later in the season . With the 2 players Davis & Thomas coming on in the preseason Goodwin can be replaced ...

Here we are with just 2 more preseason games away from the real deal & we still only have 1 TE worthy of the opinion of fitting in G Ro's offense as a receiving threat . There is another that is considered a blocker . The rookie that we drafted hasn't done much but i get it that he hasn't because he is a rookie & Romans scheme is very diverse even for the vets, but i can't see what a lot of experts have said that Chandler just didn't fit in Romans scheme ??? Not even given a chance ?? First off in his defense, the winningest coach over the last decade snatched Chandler up almost immediately after he was let go by our Bills & to me that said volumes ! I know i am going over something that has been brought up before but when i saw Brady throwing to Chandler i just pissed me off a bit & with all the talk of the Bills looking for a "Big Red Zone Target" then letting him go saying he just didn't fit just makes NO sense to me if no one else .

So what is there to complain about ??

A lot depends on who is kept ! If Leo is put on IR & Harvin having a bigger role than just a gadget player (if thats the fact) then Goodwin i think would be a possibility & that is if he even makes it on the 53 ? But then there is Thigpen with so we won't know till cuts are made .

Last year Hogan was Mr. Reliable but from everything i've read, this camp has not been good to or for him ! He looked in pictures that he had been hitting the gym pretty hard & ready to play but the unfortunate ankle injury & then the inconsistent hands didn't endear him to the new coaching staff . So i guess if they are looking forward, going strictly off this camp then i would say Thompson should be the guy but if you look at Hogans history & how hard he works then he could easily be the guy . Go figure ?? Your guess is as good as mine ...

I think the head coach hires his assistant coaches to coach their unit, they are hired because of their expertise along with their resume & where they have taken other units . So with that being said i think that Rex being the head coach should have some input about the decision but the end all should be Romans baby . The same goes for the play calling during the game ! Roman should be making those play calls . If there is a question about a circumstance then there are 3 time outs to be used but they practice most all situations in practice so each should be versed on what to do & Rex should have faith in the man he hired to do his job !!

Woods has been money for this team ! He is there all the time (for the most part) for games, you know if a ball is thrown his way he is more than likely going to catch it, & at times he has been a saving grace on our offense ... I think he is one of the building blocks with this offense, & with a GOOD QB he would be even better . If they were to use him for trade bait it had better be one heck of a player & one of those Whaley wheeler dealer deals! Like the C.Bennet deal that Pollian pulled off ...

Coaching has a Lot to do with that !! Look at O line prior to Marrones arrival !!

That's cause Pettin told them that he needs a good receiver & a guy that can run back kicks . NOT He is a great player i just hope if he does make the team again that he can stay healthy !!

I hope who ever it winds up being that the competition is fair . I would hope that each one should be able to have time with the Ones in live action (Turtle man i love that show) Cassel & Taylor have had their start & now it should be EJ's time ! The kid came through & by the look on his face it could have been a AH HA ! Moment . He looked like he was amazed that he did it which confidence in ones self can be a great thing . THey have invested a first rounder in him at least give him the last chance to prove if he is worthy of being that guy . Our O line had a totally different out come with the same people with 2 coaches, Joe D now with SanDiego had that line playing really good ! IN steps Marroon with his guy & the O line goes to hell in short order ! So EJ could be connecting with the QB coach & Roman, not to mention the scheme . They went this far what is one preseason start ??

That's about it in todays NFL ! I'll play for the highest bidder it's getting ridiculous !! Then when they say "I have to do what's best for my family" WHO'S FAMILY COULDN"T LIVE ON $90 MILLION ?? DAM !!

I think next year the Bills should be able to get a good QB for not a lot of cash ! There are more than one fairly good prospects out there that either have started or have shown they have what it takes to coaches to be a NFL starter ! Mettenberger is one that has & will want to start, A.J. McCarron is another that is getting a lot of praise from coaches in Cinci as to how good he is doing in camp . Alls that guy ever did was win & was sitting there for the taking last year, why not take a flyer on him ?? Kirk Cousins & to some extent Colt McCoy might even be a pick up, of course unless the injury & terrible play of RG3 will cause them to move on ? And as aggressive as Whaley is it wouldn't surprise me if he made a bold move if EJ is just tossed aside & use him as part of a trade for a QB in waiting !!!

Looking back thats one of those PHEW moments !!
