Just tired of overall nabobs of negativisms for the Bills... the book is out on the offense... are there issues with adjustments sure... teams with de cent pass rushing D lines play zone and clamp down down on the pass... Dorsey needs to find better solutions... running up the middle as boring as it is... was working. Bills could use a back out of the backfield that can catch and run but with some of these hybrid linebackers even that may be tough.. overloading a zone... more screens... find a couple things that work and keep doing it til D wears down... adjustments are the name of the game and it looks like the Bills are working on figuring it out... til then it may be ugly but ill take the win and move on.

Two things... no major injuries adjusting to the ones that have occurred... i.e., how the next man up guys learn on the fly and can the offense work on some new wrinkles and adjustments.

My only knock was not getting players across the pond earlier... anyone who has travel from west to east knows it can take 3-4 days to adjust... we just flew back from visiting my Dad and you know took 3 days to feel normal.

Achilles full tear up to six month in a boot... post lots of stretching exercises... hopin for the best for Tre

Stretching if you feel tight at all but as others said, sudden movement... I did both of mine partially playing volleyball on cold sand... felt like something kicked me in the back of the ankles... mine were only 10-15% tears and I had to do a lot of leg lifts feet on end of stairs.. knots in my achilles eventually went away... but took a long time... just not sure about stress professional athletes put on them and how long for it to heal... for Tre there is always hockey.. Sabres could use a good back up goalie.

Different tendon and place... different stresses and healing pattern... knees are weird and take a long time to get flexibility back v. achilles.

Again it depends if its a full tear.

Achilles is min 6 month in a boot and surgery required if full tear... it is a low blood flow area needs lots of rehab... That being said rarely tears again and full recovery... what I dont know is if it limits speed and how long if it all the speed comes back... I had two partial tears in my 20s and they never really effected me post rehab... so here is hopin its that..
