  1. Hope I’m wrong on him but besides being a physical specimen of a human he doesn’t impress me as a WR. He didn’t do much with Anthony Richardson as his QB and doesn’t pass the eye test when it comes to being an NFL WR. But who knows maybe he got in the jugs machine hard while on IR and learned how to play the position from Diggs and how to snag a ball with his hands from Kincaid
  2. Brown is still the worst o lineman of our starting 5 but that’s a good point on finding a replacement for Dawkins as he gets older and more expensive too. I think they are hopeful that Van Denmark is the guy for LT too
  3. They both are trash in coverage. Safety is definitely a draft need next year unless they’re planning on converting Tre or someone to that role. That Hamilton kid for Baltimore was amazing. My big draft needs would be best WR first round, safety and OT second/third round (replace Brown) get that Michigan kid Corum in the 4th round if he falls that far…hopefully we can resign Jones and Epenesa to team friendly deals as well
  4. Glad we will have Jones back. That is great news and even though Hyde has lost a step we need him in there over Rapp. Rapp is a tackling machine but awful in coverage. Shorter is a body catcher and won’t help Josh at all but maybe special teams he could be valuable. Hopefully Elam is healthy now and can be used in case of emergency because he did show some promise at the end of last year
  5. Honestly after that chiefs loss I’m just going to enjoy this game. No way they get the 1 seed now 🥳
  6. Or a James cook catch, or bass FG, or a crappy ref not being on the field away
  7. 100% I hate that the chiefs will probably somehow luck into the 1 seed again. After us just getting into the playoffs, the only thing I want is the chiefs to not get the 1 seed and get a bye. Hopefully the raiders pull off a Christmas miracle
  8. He stated “Think if Bills do win out, they'll be #3 seed” This isn’t true unless I’m missing something. It’s fun to speculate but the only truth is if we win out we are in the playoffs. What seeding from 2-7 all depends on what other teams do along the way.
  9. Also isn’t there a scenario where we can win out and Miami only loses to us and we are the 5 or 6 seed? In this scenario Miami is 12-5 and we are 11-6. I think the only sure thing is if we win out we will be in the playoffs which is awesome
  10. I love the excitement but if the chiefs and one of Jax, IND, HOU win out as well wouldn’t we be the 4 seed? We lost the h2h vs the jags. I did bet raiders to beat chiefs this week. I do feel like if the refs don’t get involved that should be a close game the way both teams have played as of late
  11. Ya this would be fantastic! Throw in a raiders win over the chiefs and it’d be a Christmas miracle
  12. I can live with the jags loss more than the eagles loss. The jags was just bad scheduling by the NFL with the jags getting the extra week in London and us coming up flat first half. The eagles game we were the better team from the jump and the nfl tried their hardest to ensure this game stayed close with the craptastic refereeing and Bass and cook not coming through in key moments. Just one of those wins (Denver 12 man debacle, eagles “win”, Jets OT implosion, Patriots and Mac jones one good game a year) and we’re sitting pretty controlling our own destiny for the division and possibly still the 1 seed. But thankfully this team has seen it all from 13 seconds (the year we were 100% the best team in the NFL and should’ve won it all), to a teammate dying on the field. We are battle tested and even though I cringe sometimes thinking about how McD may screw the next game up, I have hope in Josh and company to go on a giants like tear circa 2008 and win it all taking down the already crowned SF 49ers like they did with the almost undefeated patriots. Feels great to have a QB who keeps us in the game no matter what the down, distance or score. Go bills I still have my $100 bet of Bills vs Lions SB for $5500
  13. Yuck if Rudolph is starting Cincy is winning that game
  14. I do love me some Franklin. He actually reminds me of Diggs, the way he plays
  15. this is all great but we have no shot at the 1 seed and I’d much rather have the ravens be the #1 seed then the chiefs somehow lucking into it again as usual. Go ravens, hope they beat the dolphins next week too
  16. Man I hope we can resign jones. He’s getting older but he’s money
  17. 🤷🏻‍♂️ guess we don’t need him then…think he’s a solid #2 WR. Great possession guy but not to Sutton or Odunzes level
  18. Did a quick peek at free agency and the 2 guys that would be unbelievable to get this offseason are Antoine Winfield Jr and the other Josh Allen. Those 2 are game wreckers on D. I don’t think there’s a WR worth the money they’ll want. I’d give a 3 year $35mil type deal to Ridley or Pittman but that’s about it. I’d rather get Odunze in the draft Chris Jones would also be amazing but he’s going to get an insane amount of money
  19. 100% the WR room needs to improve but I’ve got to admit I was wrong on cook. He may not be great after contact and he has lapses in concentration with 2 big time TD drops (eagles and cowboys) but man is he a fun chess piece for this offense. Also I love Kincaid! Outside of his horrible decision to wear rain gloves, he has been clutch city for Josh in key moments. Diggs had the nice one handed grab last week but he has taken a step back later this season and even though Davis is a great blocker, he can’t be relied on as an actual pass catcher. Sherfield looks like a huge whiff as he looks lost whenever he’s on the field. I thought he’d be a nice addition after his great preseason. Harry was supposed to be the gadget dude who was paid like he could also be our deep threat too but that experiment didn’t pan out either. Shakir looks like a solid WR who is improving each year but addressing is a huge need this offseason. No more jags. Josh needs more dudes he can depend in big moments. 2 big additions the bills need to try hard for are: #1 draft Odunze if he is anywhere close to falling past top 15. Watch him with Penix. Game on the line, everyone in the world knows it’s going to Odunze and he’s clutch city #2 trade for Courtland Sutton. This dude is a dawg! Imagine him having any competent QB play. He’s a #1 WR getting paid like a 2. id love to get both of these dudes but realistically we would probably only get one. They’re both big bodied, freak athletes who are red zone monsters and for bigger dudes can actually separate from defenders. I know others will want Tee Higgins or Mr. Drop, Mike Evans but I don’t think they’re the consistent contributor that Josh needs from his new #1 target as Diggs transitions to 2 as he declines (he’s still awesome just not the guy he was as consistently). Higgins isn’t a great separator and Mike is just not clutch any more. Both make the spectacular catch from time to time and I’d welcome them in Buffalo but Sutton and Odunze are top 5 WRs in this league with Josh as their QB
  20. Seems like a good guy and team player but he’s not an NFL WR. Spend the money on Courtland Sutton and/or draft Odunze
  21. Not even close to the same thing. Starbucks isn’t a once in a lifetime “dream career”. If these refs were full time employees making $250k+ per year with incentives and they knew people were behind them gunning for these prestigious jobs. They would either screw up less or be replaced by someone who does screw up less until we get the cream of the crop. No more boys club of the same incompetence year after year. The NFL is the highest level of a referees industry so the NFL should treat it as such instead of making it the equivalent of a tenured professors position with no consequences for mailing it in
  22. It’s obviously a 2 part scenario brother. That’s why I wrote 1 AND 2…not 1 OR 2 lol That’d be like someone saying to pop this popcorn there’s 2 thing you need to do: 1. Put in microwave 2. Set cook timer for 2 minutes and hit start and then complaining because they have no popcorn after only doing step one.
  23. I’ll get more into the weeds later because I’m at work but the officiating is a HUGE problem and has been. Here are a couple quick fixes the NFL needs to do: 1. make the NFL refs a full time gig and let them get paid a lot of money 2. make refs accountable for their mistakes with suspensions and eventual firings NFL has deep pockets and should’ve done something to pay the good refs rightfully years ago. By doing 1 and 2 on my list there will be so many more potentially great applicants to become refs in the future and we won’t have the “boys club” we have now that doesn’t feel the pressure to make a good call or else. This may not fix everything but I guarantee it’ll help out a lot
  24. Yes WR is our top priority in this draft. Our defense will survive not getting a DT round 1 but this draft is special at WR. We’ll miss out on Harrison but Odunze is the guy I want. He’s a physical freak who has natural hands and man just look at the trust Penix has with this kid. Watch the last play of the Washington vs Oregon state game yesterday on 4th down to seal the win. He’s just clutch and would slide into the #1 job sooner rather than later…BUT even if we aren’t fortunate enough to nab him, this is a ridiculously loaded class. Beane better have some good scouts in the building finally to talk some sense in him not waiting until round 5 for guys who won’t ever produce in the NFL cough cough shorter. Hit on a sure thing early, which this class has a lot of.
