  1. I don't think anyone said he isn't good, but rather pointed out his flaws. Sorry if that for some reason offends you.
  2. I tend to agree with you, but your analysis ignores Harvin's red flags - openly complaining about the QB, fighting with the HC, can't stay on the field, wants $16m/yr. Sometimes you take what you can get. Personally, I'm skeptical of Patterson, but if they see him as a blue chip WR it might be an option for them to address their biggest hole with their top prospect in the draft.
  3. This would most likely allow the Bills to get one of the top 3 QBs & top 3 MLBs in the first rd, and with the depth at WR there will be a big time player available there in the 2nd. Edit: I doubt MN would take the deal b/c the #25 pick is a lot to give up to move ahead 15 spots, but hey, we could get lucky.
  4. Don't forget roads and bridges.
  5. I was comparing them to DMV. Anything government runs (Post office, SSA, DMV) is horribly inefficient and wasteful. It's undeniable. It makes me want to rip my hair out because people who should have enough sense to know better are ignore this truism and push for government takeover of other industries because ....
  6. I prefer to ask for a liter of cola.
  7. I think we should sign Mike Wallace, Greg Jennings, Paul Kruger, Dannell Ellerbe, and Jared Cook. There's no reason not to.
  8. Agreed whole heartedly. Any time you can get a 1st for a guy who wants big money (other than your QB) you take it. His production hasn't been all that special. He's never had 1000 TD season or even come close to double digit TDs. I know that's largely due to migraines & injuries, but those have been consistent & I see no reason to expect that to change.
  9. Target & Papa Johns are run by greedy CEOs too, but somehow manage to give me what I want quickly & affordably. And if you don't think ACA is an end around to government run health care I've got some real estate deals we should discuss. And my mom can smell Obama's rooster on liberal's breath too. FWIW I kind of give you a pass on this b/c I know your reason.
  10. I think a lot of people have a warped view of the Bills cap situation.
  11. Sitting in DMV, been here for over an hour, no end in sight. Just reminded me of all the left wing dipshits who think everything will be magically improved when these !@#$s are running the hospitals. The willful idiocy of the left is astounding. Hope leftards are still popping wood over this healthcare bill when the rubber meets the pavement. Of course they can just admit that all they cared about was that it was an Obama bill that was about healthcare and that was all that mattered to them because they swallow his rooster & have no brain.
  12. When I was younger I used to recycle my beer bottles. I'd put them back in the box, then drive around chucking them at bicyclers. Watching some middle aged douche in spandex & a helmet wipe out after catching a bottle to the face is possibly the funniest sight you'll ever see. It brings a smile to my face just thinking about it.
  13. This was a good move for Sea but would have been absolutely idiotic for the Bills to make. Percy Harvin's a POS who's going to cost a lot of money. Seattle's built to win & just needed that last piece. The Bills are better served by keeping their pick & money.
  14. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1JPULswVojE&feature=youtube_gdata_player Just wanted to share a very potent slice of happiness with you ass holes.
  15. Felton is arguably the best lead blocking FB in the league. It seemed a given the Vikings would retain him but they've made contingency plans meaning he could be had. C-Mac is 34 & a FA meaning we have a need at FB. Pulling the premier FB to block for Spiller & Jackson might be the best value to be had this off season; think Sam Gash.
  16. The part where he didn't know he was smuggling a bunch of blow. That's what I'm thinking. If he didn't know what was up he's just the unluckiest bastard with the worst run of coincidences imaginable. Edit: And dumb as dirt.
  17. If Fitz were to play this year and get cut after the season, does anyone know for sure what his cap hit would be next year?
  18. Are yall actually buying this guy's story?
  19. Mine is relatively quiet and doesn't impede the ability of others to get about their business, unlike the guy in spandex I almost [inadvertently] took out with my van because he wanted to ride the white line despite having a 3 foot shoulder to the right of it. And I look awesome in my bike attire.
  20. I'd say given the contrived controversy that we have here it's a given that a dictionary would deem the term offensive. I'm curious if they were assigning such labels 75 years ago.
  21. I'm curious to know when the Oxford dictionary assigned negative connotations to the terms. Plus, we're not in England. By its own admission these were traditionally neutral terms. Does anyone think Red Man tobacco is intended to belittle Indians?
  22. Your conclusion is based upon the assumption that "Redskin" is inherently derogatory, which has not been established. Our obsession with race is a fairly modern phenomenon. Plus, an underlying current that goes ignored is that despite what may have happened in centuries past, there is no real racial animosity towards American Indians, nor has there been for generations. Most of us have some Indian blood. I'm part Indian (granted, not by much, maybe 1/32, but enough to claim Indian status and talk about "my people" if I run for Congress), my wife is 1/3 Indian, her dayd is 2/3 Indian, their family..., you get the point. They don't face or obsess over the racial discrimination claimed by most of the groups listed. Also, people who want to draw an equivalence between "Redskin" and "Ni@@er" are simple at best. It's comparing apples to bricks.
  23. I wouldn't mind seeing Kwame Geathers from GA in the late rounds (most have him projected in rds 5-6). He's a bit raw, but he's pretty strong, weighs in around 355 lbs, and looked good in the GA games I've seen.
  24. I've watched a fair abount of AL video from this year, and one thing that's clear from watching is this kid's sheer physical dominance. If you watch the championship game where Te'o got humiliated, you'll see that most of the time it was Warmack humiliating him. The kid rarely gets beaten in the pass game, and is a force in the run game. If he was on our team, defenses would play hell trying to stop the run to the left, and we'd see a lot more 3rd and shorts converted on the ground.
