Interesting I worked a couple years @ the BECPL in the mid 80s mostly in the Stacks and Microfilm - as for what can and can't in the above situation there are people in the Human Services and mental health occupations who deal with things like that and worse but it is a totally different mindset, we are suppose to stop out of control people from hurting themselves and others without hurting them - the downside is these are jobs with fairly high injury rates and there have been at least 4 deaths of Group home staff in WNY that I'm aware of in the last 5 or 6 years.

I like Rex better than Doug but I don't know how much it matters - coaches are like cooks to me a bad one can have all the ingredients and still make slop but even a great one can't make apple pie without apples - talent loss/acquisition and injuries are the big factor rather than a coach, IMO a great coach is good for an extra win over an average coach but a coach who loses the locker room could give you 10 extra losses.

Mikel Leshoure RB another low cost shot Keep the defense intact, get some more proven talent on the OL, get some youth in the RB position, inject some athleticism at TE , face the facts that the idea QB isn't there for you this year so coach up and design an offense that emphasis the talents that your QBs do have.- if we can maintain the quality of our defense and special teams then nudge the offense to average we will have another shot at the playoffs.
