  1. They have grown new ears and hearts are you telling me they can't grow Carl Nicks a new toe?
  2. yeah he's not Jimmy Graham or Gronk, think of him as a replacement of both Lee Smith and Chris Gragg- he's a blocking TE who's fast enough to get deep
  3. The key thing is he has become a good blocker much better than Chandler, which is funny because out of college he was a pass catcher with good speed and considered a blocking liability
  4. Scott Walker may look dumb in some photos but he's more articulate explaining his positions than Bush 2 ever was, handled himself pretty well in interviews I've seen abet none of them were at all adversarial- also he seems to be a favorite of the Koch brother lead right-wing money contingent - so if I was advising the vast left-wing media apparatus I'd tell them to attack early and often, dig deep, get dirty, and spin it in the least favorably light - for starters I'd have that Koch prank call on a continual loop.
  5. Don't sleep on Virgil Green
  6. I actually think running QBs can be effective the problem is they get beat up, the solution would be to have 3 or 4 of them EJ, TT, Jake Locker, on the 53 and Brandon Bridge on the practice squad.
  7. easy go 0-16 4 years in a row I'm sure you'd find one
  8. 50: R2P18 RB TODD GURLEY GEORGIA 81: R3P17 RB TEVIN COLEMAN INDIANA 129: R5P1 CB DORAN GRANT OHIO STATE 147: R5P19 CB ERIC ROWE UTAH 178: R6P18 OT JAMON BROWN LOUISVILLE 209: R7P17 QB BRANDON BRIDGE SOUTH ALABAMA did a fanspeak draft- Jamon Brown is my OG
  9. you might be right but if he does become available he's probably going have a contract that averages 15mil a year with a first year cap hit of 13mil
  10. Makes sense especially if the Bills are going after Revis and want to sign Hughes and Searcy- after those signings the cupboard is going to be pretty bare- One thing to remember about Incognito is that he can play center which is important if you want to cut Urbik
  11. Tyrod Taylor and Tim Tebow - Rex is going to use his QBs like running backs and not give a damn about them getting hurt.
  12. If the Bills really want Revis then they are going have to save money everywhere else - right now Bills are listed at about 24mil cap space - Revis is going to probably have a salary that averages 15 mil per year but maybe the first year cap hit is 13mil - so that's 11mil for Hughes, Searcy, Spikes, OGs, QBs, TEs, RBs- maybe there is more cap space floating around, 5mil in Orton money?, roll over money?, and there is certainly 5mil of salary cuts that could be made but you can see if the Bills are serious about Revis then they have to be very fugal other places and one of those place might be Incognito who probably come at 1.3 mil and can play center.

  14. He was in until the Billionaires club told him he was out.

  16. Dear Bob Like all great men who head a major organization you look for every edge both sanctioned and unsanctioned (which the ignorant unwashed masses deem cheating) sadly like many great men your reputation will be tarnished by the unpatriotic who refuse to understand that true competitors always "cheat" whether it is needed or not. Sincerely The ghost of Richard M Nixon
  17. I like Whaley and think he's made some nice draft picks, trades, and free agent gets but he has also done some pretty bad moves and I think CW and CK were stinkers - CW was ranked like the 77th best guard and had back problems and other injury issues, CK ran a 5.6 worst at the combine and his other test were also towards the bottom but according to Bama fans he and his brother also have degenerative arthritis of their knees which isn't the result of a bad surgery but bad genetic luck.
  18. Just give em awards then make them play call of duty against each other
  19. Loss of #1 draft pick this year and next year, 20 million dead money on the salary cap this year and next year.
  20. Belichick = Nixon Belichick = Bill Cosby Belichick = The kid who is awesome at Halo but still has to hack the game
  21. EJ is a smart guy and a hard worker the question as a fellow poster said is can he translate off field analysis into on field reactions - when I played sports I played best when I was in the moment reacting, when I had an inner dialog going is when I played worst - off field is for thinking on field is for knowing and doing.
  22. Mike Iupati OG, Pernell McPhee OLB, Da'Norris Searcy S, Brandon Spikes LB, Mark Ingram RB, Mickel Leshoure RB, Tyrod Taylor QB, Kenrick Ellis NT, Virgil Green TE I'm not sure what we have spend so I'm going modest on the spending and trying to get a few guys on the cheap.
  23. The question is whether you have the horses to pull it off - can you run with 8 or 9 in the box against talented defensive players? - that takes a special OL, TEs, RBs even the WRs have to be able to block- forget ground and pound I'd be satisfied with stop getting blown up in the middle of the OL and stop being pathetic at picking up 3rd and 1
  24. I want to retain Hughes too but if he was deemed to expensive I'd take a hard look at Pernell McPhee from Baltimore if their contracts were similar I'd take Hughes but if Hughes was 12mil a year and McPhee was 8mil then I'd go with McPhee
