  1. Mostly anyone but New England but I will probably particularly root for teams who haven't been good in a while like Detroit, Tampa, Oakland, maybe even Tennessee if they make it. Dare I say, if Miami makes it to the playoffs, I might even root for them. Haven't really seen them as a hated rival lately considering they haven't had much more success than us over the last 15 years or so.
  2. Teddy was more during, not after, our last playoff run. I would definitely add Aaron Schobel and Mario Williams to this list.
  3. A lot of people seemed to give up on our playoff hopes before the game even started but if we would have won Denver's loss would have put is in a great position. Denver has a brutal schedule down the stretch. Heck, we are still mathematically alive.
  4. So one of our defensive players actually came to play.
  5. Go Navy, start a new winning streak next year.
  6. I think we stand a better chance in this game than most people are giving us. I still think we are at least as good as Miami and they beat Pittsburgh pretty good a couple of months ago.
  7. Rooting for the Browns to beat Cincinnati because if they lose this game that would mean their first win of the year could possibly come against Buffalo. Not saying they'll beat us but how embarrassing would that be if they do?
  8. Thinking logically, probably 8-8, but I chose 10-6 and making the playoffs. Maybe it's time for a little optimism that might just rub off on the players.
  9. San Diego and Carolina went into Oakland and both very nearly beat the Raiders and I believe we are better than both teams. Not saying this means we'll definitely win but I think it shows that we have a legitimate chance. Also, McCoy has a chance to go off against a poor run defense. Bills 27-24
  10. The game where we got our revenge on Jeff Hostetler
  11. Very well said, I would also throw in that I believe this means a number of the players who've been ripped on all year (Tyrod, Darby, Gilmore, etc) are doing a better job than people are giving them credit for.
  12. Been rooting more for the Ravens lately. Here's why, if we can beat the Steelers in a couple of weeks we get the head-to-head tiebreaker on them whereas the Ravens already have that tiebreaker on us. Therefore, in that scenario, it would be better for us if the Ravens win the division and we are competing with the Steelers for the wildcard rather than the Ravens. If we lose to the Steelers then honestly our playoff hopes might be finished anyway and therefore who cares who wins between the Steelers and Ravens.
  13. Typically I can just say a win is a win with just about any lackluster win. But when you add in the fact that we needed favorable officiating to barely beat Jacksonville that just makes it hard to be excited. But, hey, we are still alive for at least one more week.
  14. Huge break for us there. No way that was PI.
  15. Embarrassing 1st half and the refs saved us from a very embarrassing 1st half by missing McCoy's fumble.
  16. I think if Seattle hadn't started playing as well as they have been in November it would have been possible however even it that was the case they probably would have flexed the Giants/Steelers game instead.
  17. As 10-6 teams have won the super bowl I would say it would make for a pretty solid season. Disappointing to not make the playoffs but still a good season.
  18. I recall watching parts of the Skins/Bengals game and it looked like he got basically no protection whatsoever. And yet he still nearly led them to a win. Just imagine if he had a line. I'm sure the Skins will find a way to sign him long term but if they don't I'd be all for it.
  19. This is how excited any defense gets when it gets to play against Carson Palmer.
  20. Way to go Buccaneers!
  21. We could be running away with this. Two field goals that should have been touchdowns.
  22. Shout song (they don't all have to be negative songs)
  23. Yeah and even Bills fans tend to disagree with me on this but I feel like if Ray Guy got in Tasker absolutely has to get in.
  24. Have to disagree. The 2014 defense was great. A defense that shuts down Aaron Rodgers when he is having a great year even by his standards and gets you to 9 wins (okay, would have been 8 if Brady played the last game) with a horribly anemic offense led by a QB that was ready to retire before the year even ended is a great defense. The Oakland game is really the only bad game I can think of from that season.
