I agree with Mel Kiper ... OL needs beefing up in draft ... then WR. OL and QB is the key. Everything else falls in place.

Greg Williams was a disciplinarian ... how did that work out? But, I am happy Rex is gone ... I recall that he brought Jets players to Dave & Busters or some place like that to relieve stress/have fun. Pretty sure Belichick or Parcells didn't do sh*t like that. Also, interested to know how many other teams this year had 10 players on the field at a crucial time on the field? Likely the teams in the playoffs didn't allow for those circumstances ... or have 27 coaches on their sidelines. What a mess.

All the NE asst coaches look like football gods when you have Tom Brady at QB and Belichick at head coach. When a team has a very good or elite QB, all else falls into place.

Regarding Rex: assuming he is a goner, he can improve his stock by winning out against Miami and Jets. Damn, they just finished paying off Jauron and Marrone ... now to pay Ryan for next 3 years...

Given our FO's inability to scout/select a good QB (Russell Wilson, Derek Carr, Dak Prescott, ...) or even get lucky in picking a good QB, maybe this is a good idea. I prefer to go out and draft a QB. Why can't Buffalo scouts "see" the same things other organizations can? Or are they just getting lucky? And what is up with Cardale Jones?

Remember 2003? We beat NE 31-0 in Buffalo, then they beat us in NE 31-0. Could the Bills suffer the same fate this year? Are we doomed to a 16-0 defeat in our own stadium or perhaps 61-0? Never underestimate the powers of Brady/Belichick. Pay back could be a b*tch. In the meantime, I'll relish this win for a few more days ....
