  1. I think it's more of a community outreach thing. https://www.linkedin.com/in/trixy-hall-720b68196/
  2. Well, generally speaking, being judgy usually makes someone a dick. Not that I'd ever say that about someone I don't know; I'm just speaking in general terms. You know. I'm 51 and I didn't want a dome. I do think football is meant to be played outside. Does that make me blue collar? Lastly ... here's a quote (a real quote, as in he said it) from Josh Allen following the Jets loss: ""It's tough to win in this league." Please don't stop.
  3. Being priced out doesn't necessarily mean that someone is a "blue collar man," who can't afford higher priced tickets. It could also mean that someone doesn't WANT to spend that kind of money to see a football game. You're very judgy.
  4. YOU WANT THE TRUF?! YOU CAN'T HANDLE THE TRUF!!
  5. Looks like Detroit isn't the only option being looked at (thanks for the tip, @Mike in Horseheads): One problem with moving the game to Detroit is that the Bills would lose their home-field advantage against the Browns as Cleveland is only a 2.5 hour drive from Detroit. On the other hand though, the Bills would get a slight benefit because they wouldn't have to travel for their Thanksgiving game. According to Cleveland.com, the NFL is also considering several other locations for the game (Stadiums in Philadelphia, Washington and Carolina are all available if the league doesn't want to move Bills-Browns so close to Cleveland). https://www.cbssports.com/nfl/news/nfl-could-move-browns-bills-game-out-of-buffalo-due-to-epic-snowstorm-heres-what-the-league-is-considering/
  6. Not too many stations carry Bills games ... https://www.buffalobills.com/audio/radio-network#:~:text=As the radio home of,throughout the week as well. https://www.buffalorumblings.com/2022/10/2/23382115/buffalo-bills-radio-network-affiliate-stations-2022-how-to-listen-to-the-buffalo-bills-wyoming
  7. That's the projected amount I've been seeing for the entire week (accuweather).
  8. Pic?
  9. I don't see anyone simping. Speaking only for myself, I'm just saying that I don't see where all of the outrage came from (not talking about you, Joe). It's the f*cking Internet.
  10. I'm thankful for pizza with thinly sliced red onion.
  11. The reason I've always liked jw is that he (to my knowledge) has never been one to block people or to figuratively cross his arms, stick out his bottom lip and stomp his feet when confronted or challenged. We've seen him get challenged on here a hundred times over the years and it's just never been the case, as far as I can recollect. I'm relatively new to Twitter, but I don't see any indication of it happening there, either. I couldn't care less about the other two for that exact reason. Hopefully, jw doesn't follow their paths.
  12. I've been waiting so long To be where I'm going In the sunshine of your love
  13. I don't understand why this pissed so many people off. Dropping hints and speculating is literally what this board is about. Every effing day. Just because jw is an AP journalist, it doesn't mean he has to share everything he knows on here. His vague drop told us enough to know that there is some internal strife and I was fine with it. We should know to not expect names/details for obvious reasons. I'm perfectly fine with taking whatever nuggets of info are dropped, then watching TBD do what it does ... speculate, guess, theorize, hypothesize ... and then wait for the inevitable people who *know* - you know ... all of the doctors, lawyers, constitution experts, crime scene investigators, marriage counselors, etc., who stayed at a Holiday Inn last night. It's all part of the fun, in my opinion.
  14. Are you insinuating that Sean McDermott isn't truthful, forthcoming and 100% honest when he answers questions???
  15. Dance with me I want to be your partner Can't you see? The music is just starting Night is calling, and I am falling Dance with me
  16. Believe me ... the collapse didn't set well with me, either. Normally, I'd tend to pin it on the Manager, too. But in this case, I have a hard time doing that. Too many injuries and key players hitting slumps. He threw his best players out there and they didn't perform. Add in that he had arguably the WORST DH situation in baseball with Vogelbach and Ruf ... and it's just really difficult for me to pin it on him. The one thing I WILL say, since you mentioned Randolph, is that in hindsight - Alonso and Lindor played too many regular season games. That was, indeed, Willie-esque.
  17. I would have been pissed if he hadn't won. He did a great job getting this team to triple digit wins in a season that each of his two aces missed significant time, not to mention injuries to other key players like Marte. They played great, disciplined, fundamental baseball until the end. Been a while since we could say that.
  18. Probably gonna take down the Christmas tree and start prepping for my annual St. Patrick's Day bash.
  19. There's no despair. It was just bad football. Sloppy playing, crappy play calling, stupid mistakes, four total interceptions. There is a difference between entertaining and good. That was horrible football by both teams. That's why it was so close.
  20. Some people tell me Home is in the sky In the sky lives a spy I want to be more like the ocean No talking All action...
  21. https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/35032932/amari-rodgers-five-fumbles-released-packers GREEN BAY, Wis. -- Amari Rodgers' fumble against the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday, his fifth of the season, didn't just cost him the punt return job. It cost him his roster spot with the Green Bay Packers. The team released Rodgers on Tuesday, one day after it was noncommittal about his status as the returner.
