Beane and McDermott are feeling the pressure to win now. My gut says they make an example out of Jackson by cutting him. You have to earn a spot on this roster. Your draft position shouldn’t mean a thing. -

There’s so many meh backups I don’t think the bills front office knows which players to cut. I think the 3rd preseason game will be make or break for some of these guys, especially some guys who haven’t shown anything or have been unavailable - Samuel, SVPG, Hamlin, Dane Jackson…

Whoever the best safety is. Right now we have plenty of depth and no glaring weaknesses. Even Super Bowl teams have weakest links. If I had to pick one, ours would be safety. Now, everyone might say receiver, but remember who broke the all time bills scoring record in a single season, the 2024 bills, with no true #1 WR.
