  1. I'm going to assume that he's done well with his investments. Recent history has shown us that those who don't have to work, will not.
  2. never seen a flag picked up against us that i can remember
  3. He needs to study Sauce's ability to have officials throw flags for OPI and ignore his Deshaun Watson hands
  4. My first NFL game all thanks to scalpers needing to unload tickets. Started my streak of wins when I'm in attendance. 8-0! Trying to get to the Commanders game to continue the streak. Time has diminished just how great of a feat this was. My best friend was a Raiders fan so I was well aware of their roster. Bo Jackson was injured but they still had Marcus Allen, Willie Gault, Tim Brown, Greg Townsend, and Howie Long. The memories I have of the game are doing the wave, mocking their QB with a "Schroeder" chant that seemed to make him throw more interceptions, and thinking the pre-Jumbotron scoreboard was amazing. Especially during the Mighty Taco commericals.
  5. You don't have to, but it's good for the soul. You'll find that other fanbases (Bears and Raiders I've seen recently) are marinating in caustic cynicism that the naysayers on this board could only dream of attaining the recipe for. It actually makes our weekly fire McD threads seem classy.
  6. Glab messed up. The rule in any media is to treat every mic like it's hot. She will face zero consequences for it. She is a female in a male dominated field. She would have to fire herself. Plus, management feels the apology was enough or she would have an empty office by now. Not happy with it, or her apology (which could have been spun better). People show you who they are. You can either believe them when they show you, or you buy what they are trying to sell you on. Diggs wants people to think he's a strong leader who demands excellence from his teammates. His actions have shown that he will pretend a problem doesn't exist for an entire offseason and then have a heated exchange with McDermott first day of minicamp. He will claim to want to keep things in house, but cryptically live tweet his every emotion. He says he wants to retire here, but is fine with his brother constantly chirping on social media about a trade (that isn't feasible for either team). He claims to be an up front person who treats people with respect but instead of addressing an issue with a reporter directly, waits a day to tell the internet about how damaged his feelings are. Diggs is a great talent. You have to walk on eggshells to keep him happy. That is what we will deal with. Just like how Josh will have a Fitzmagic turnover game every now and then. As long as the pros outweigh the cons, they're not going anywhere.
  7. Everyone in the NFL: Kromer is one of the best OL coaches around Bills Mafia:
  8. Buyers beware. The "featured" deal seats on Seat Geek the Commanders preferred ticket outlet are advertising these seats. Just look at the real view from the section
  9. One of the few perks of sitting in the nosebleeds is that no one cares enough, or has the leg stamina, to run up and crack down on ripping heaters.
  10. Over the years, I've heard Joe Marino from Locked on Bills reference Josh Allen's loose training regimen and unhealthy eating habits. He's said something to the effect of "it's fine when he's young and winning, but it could come back to haunt him later on." It's safe to say that Josh needs a new offseason training regimen. After an offseason of selling his name and likeness to anyone who would buy, it is supremely disappointing to see him soil his bedclothes on national television. He did not perform like someone who was dialed in to a week of game prep, much less an offseason of working on his shortcomings like, oh I don't know, fumbling the ball and throwing to opposing players. This is getting old. At a certain point "it's my fault," after being said repeatedly means less and less. I don't demand that he give up his life/marriage/carbs/nightshades like Tom Brady. I'd just appreciate at least equal effort as his marketing team.
  11. I was expecting Saucexuall Assault Gardner to not be penalized because somehow, he's already a celebrity. I did not expect him to LeBron the officials into giving penalties called on offensive players especially given his Deshaun Watson-like aggressive handsplay.
  12. Even more Delayed Onset Emotional Exhaustion from last year. Didn't quite get it all out. That's been the crutch all offseason. Let's ride that pony into the ground.
  13. With Armstead out. WTF. I'd want my money back
  14. Intentional grounding and not even throwing the ball for two downs. Where did the Allen comparisons come from?
  15. is THAT one of those throws that Edmunds “takes away” just by being himself?
  16. I've been told that I put the phany in epiphany.
  17. Burrow: I need a fully guaranteed contract. Bengals: Sorry, you need at least 20 allegations minimum for THAT kind of guaranteed money.
  18. Something is off. First it was Hines was stationary. Now he was traveling less than 10 mph. Now the lawyer is suddenly thinking about suing multiple weeks later. What changed?
  19. Mike McDaniel is the Jimmy Fallon of NFL coaches. Never understood the appeal in the first place but I’m enjoying everyone coming around to the fact he’s a jerk.
  20. Oh Gatekeepers of fandom, please instruct me how to fan. Can't point out problems, only drink kool aid. The irony is that if we support the regime lockstep, then we HAVE to believe that Edmunds either couldn't be resigned or wasn't worth it. The mental gymnastics required to be both a Edmunds fanboy AND true McBeane believer could be harnessed as renewable energy to power the world.
