I’d take a speedy downfield route runner with hands. Playing opposite Diggs should open that guy up a bit. Anyone you see that fits this mold? This is good, but should the team have rested him mid-season? Perhaps more than 10 pts vs Cincy? Also, hope he is watching film, working on footwork, etc while resting arm.

well, when we draft high we get non-impact players like Oliver, Edmunds, and Rosseau. They took George Wilson and got Breece Hall. They nailed the draft last year.

dude is a solid backup, on a rookie contract. Would love him on the team. Seemed to be getting better as the season went along. We need to upgrade starters perhaps at safety given the age of our guys and likelihood of Poyer not returning and/or Hyde not being ready, but Hamlin is not an issue, IMO.

Agree. But we need both, if we don't fix the OL, the other teams pass rush will be our problem. Overall, we have missed on a ton of DE and OL picks, sometimes missing on DE (Basham) while not drafting the impact OL (Humphrey). We need pass rush, as well as not playing a weak cover zone with CBs 5-10 yards off WRs. On offense, we need to protect JA.

most of those players were/are overrated or in the wrong system.

Who voted JA does not have the talent to win? He is more talented than past SB winning QBs. The issue is the roster/coaching around him.

didn’t Knox have good hands in college though. Not sure if Davis did or not, but in any event it does appear that hands/concentration and route running should be something fixable.
